I ve been using the COSORI inner pot for the pressure cooker almost every day and I love it. It's compatible with the Cosori cooker, which is super convenient: I already have another one so I don't have to keep taking out the one that comes with the pot, washing it, and putting it back... a real hassle that I can now avoid. 😄 The BPA free ceramic and non-stick coating are great: nothing sticks and it cleans in the blink of an eye. Plus, it feels sturdy and well-made, so I know it's going to last a long time.     • J Bird Pro-Tip For Removing White Stains On This Pot
J Bird Pro Tip Removing White Stains: I ruined the first pot with the wrong cleaner so i bought this one. Then inorganic black beans caused stains in my new pot. Read below. I was amazed at how simple it was without any cleaning supplies to remove this ugly stain caused by inorganic black beans that my organic black beans never ever left a stain ( cooked with top rated spring water and no other ingredients i.e. salt, seasoning) I filled the pot with about 3 cups of water and set it to pressure cook 5 minutes I let a natural release occur for approximately 10 minutes I emptied most of the water leaving about a finger depth of a finger (not vertical horizontal flat) I let it cool very briefly and then wrap a standard cloth/cleaning rag/etc around the end of a wooden spoon or utensil and gently scrub the stained areas it make take a little effort and slight more pressure but continue over all of the stains until gone *and you feel no resistance as some stains you might be able to feel them and the resistance they create after that begin rinsing and discard and repeat rinsing immediately. now this stain was less than 24hrs on a new replacement pot but it was still "baked" onto the pot. This should work if not follow standard cleaning instructions for the Cosori inner pot ... show more
