I’ve had this 4 months (bought it after my other Name Brand “allegedly” good quality air fryer DIED!,!). THIS oven is awesome!!! We use this EVERY DAY, and there’s no “wearing away”, or “chipping” on the pans AT ALL!!! I’ve used every feature except except the rotisserie attachment—I’ve been busy!!! :) Clean up is a breeze. Every preset function works perfectly—even the “toast” cycle gives golden brown beautiful toast right before your eyes in about 30 seconds. (I stand right there and watch). The chicken comes out beautifully golden and crisp but JUICY on the inside!!! I’ve done chicken, brats, pizza, toast, fish, pork loin, hamburgers, biscuits, re-warm on everything, and so much more that I can’t think of right now- oh yea—bacon!!, It does everything it’s supposed to do, and is spacious inside. It beeps when up to your set temperature and says “add food”, so when you open and close the door, the timer countdown will start at that time. I really don’t use my regular new LG convection/airfry oven at all!! (LOL) - I LOVE this oven—I was skeptical when purchasing due to malfunction and “death” of my previous “3”!!! airfryers—but I’m overjoyed with this one!!! One con: I wish the light stayed on when you turn it on—it stays on about a minute, then if you need it again you have to turn it on. It comes on when you open the door. My wife didn’t want another appliance on the counter. She eventually agreed the large built-in convection oven used a lot of energy and took a lot of time to heat up. I told her that this multi-function air fryer was a great size. We received it and placed it where the toaster had been. We have been trying different recipes in the Cosori cookbook provided. Pre-heating is optional but it is so quick, it’s no big deal and allows the trays to get hot also. When it beeps, we open door and use long tongs to place food on trays. I find if you use air fryer tray (versus food tray which is solid), you should place solid food tray either under it on same level or at another level below. That way drippings go onto lower tray which is super easy to clean. If the food looks cooked before default time, just use up/down arrows to right to modify. Read instructions if you want to change a default time or temp for future cooking. Frankly, the toast function was better than are previous toaster and was evenly toasted across the bread/bagel. The steak recipe (Perfect Steak) was easy and tasty. 10 minutes and my 1” thick steaks were done. Of course, let steak rest for 5 minutes before serving. Contrary to some comments by others, the way we use bottom food tray, we have not had issue with tray at base getting burnt looking. After meal, I clean everything and all look brand new. Cleaning is so easy. Haven’t used rotisserie or dehydrate yet but should not be a problem. All easy to use and adjust for all cooking methods. So glad we finally are cooking healthier, faster, and with less energy being used…versus monster oven. ... show more

I ordered this model after gifting my sister one of these for her birthday. She loves it and I liked the smaller footprint. I was using a Ninja Foodi which air fries as well as pressure cooks etc. But it is pretty big. I realized I only used the pressure cooking and the slow cooker features every few months. But the air fryer every day. So it went out to the pantry shelf and I got this unit for the kitchen. So far I have used the pizza setting to make a frozen pizza and it came out perfect. Controls are easy and the size is just right. Attractive too. Although the one I received had a dent on one side and two small dimples of the door where the screws that hold the back of the door made contact? This was sold as "used like new by Amazon returns". The box was pretty tired from being shipped back and forth, so hard to tell when the damage occured. I started to return it, but then though I should try it and see if it functioned. The damage is not that visible to be honest. And it was more than $30.00 off the normal price. So I guess I can't complain. It works great but if you are fussy about every little mark then order a new one. BTW this one did not appear to be used? My guess is someone returned it for the small dent on the side. The dimples on the doors from the screws I suspect happened during the back and forth. The box was pretty sad. Amazon should have put an outer box on it honestly. But overall it is great for the money and even at full price it is a great unit. Also regarding the brand, I have seen endless cooking shows and the many use the Cosari brand air fryers. It is a decent brand! Follow up: Okay so I have used the oven twice since set up and unboxing. Today I set it to preheat for a small frozen pizza. First thing I noticed was the fan was really like almost rattling. Completely different from my first two uses. I pulled it out and checked to see if it was against something. Nope it was fine. So I restarted it and let it do its preheat. Then added the pizza. It was supposed to cook for 10 mins. It shut off two minutes later? So now I have it on air fry and letting it go for five mins. at 400. It skipped the preheat on that? I think this thing was totally beat to death by the shipping during its first return and then second shipping. The box is not great and it has obviously been tossed around with all of the dents. So it has to go back and sadly I will probably try a different brand. But Amazon should not have sold this as "like new" used. It may not have been used but it was drop kicked by the shippers. No more Amazon "used like new". ... show more
