This is an item that every home should have! This is by far one of the best kitchen appliances I came across. It looks good in the kitchen, and does exactly what it promises. I would call it a smart food preparer, because it does more than air frying . There are so many different functions and it cooks my food very well at whatever temperature crunch or non-crunch I need it to be. I have had it for more than a year if not two and still going strong. I simply line it with a piece of Reynold’s Wrap foil paper, spray the sheet with a little Pam when I am preparing chicken, seafood, steak, veggies, and much more different types of foods. You can do a whole lot with this Cosori air fryer. It’s more than a fryer. You can reheat, roast, bake, broil , fry and much more. Do your frozen with it. It keeps your food warm for some time and so much more . I was able to connect it to my Amazon Alexa, it’s moderately quiet. In my opinion, this capacity holds a lot of foods for a family of six to eight. The smell will not readily go through your house when cooking as when you’re using the regular stove top. Sometimes you could skip the microwave and use this item instead. It worth every pennie I had invested in getting this Air Fryer. You will never regret this buy. I love this Air Fryer. It's a little pricey, but the fact that youn really don't have to turn your food because of the dual blaze makes up for its price. My only recommendation would be to drop the price a little. I"m totally satisfied with it

I've used the Cosori 6.8 qt air fryer for 6 months now, 7-8 uses per week, no problems of any sort have come up. It's replaced the toaster oven and the main stove gets virtually no use now other than an occasional casserole. Excellent product! With the upper and lower heating elements there is no need to pre-heat; cleaning is a cinch with the excellent no-stick finish on the plate and basket walls. Four slices of toast (or sandwiches) or four bagel halves neatly fit inside. The presets are convenient and use is self-explanatory. All around, a solid value ... show more

    • Some great improvements, but still a ways to go
Overall I’m pleased with my Cosori 6.8 Qt dual blaze. There a few things I think you guys could innovate to make slightly better, but they wouldn’t stop me from buying the product. The first Cosori we got was the 5.8 quart. The basket fell apart after a year though - the part where the plastic front was attached to the metal basket sort of disintegrated where the screws attach. Also, it was frustrating that the drawer was on a slight tilt forward, meaning if you pulled it out even a little it continued to slide forward and down on its own, which could lead to falling if you don’t have a massive amount of counter space in front of it. I loved how versatile it was for cooking though. This definitely got me hooked on air fryers. If I had done more research I might have realized that Cosori have a 2 year guarantee, so I should have contacted the company to see if they could give me a new basket. We just went ahead and bought a new one though because I wanted it to be slightly bigger. The new one we got is the 6.8 quart dual blaze. This one has some improvements. I don’t know if the inside coating is actually different, or if it’s just been a while since I had the old one and I”m misremembering, but this one seems easier to clean. Everything wipes out really easily. It has a removable shelf inside instead of an entire basket you lift out. The shelf is easier to clean as well. The old basket had all the holes and slats that could be difficult to get grease/debris out of. The only issue with the shelf is taking it out. It has two holes in the center that you're supposed to put your fingers through to lift it out. However, when your food is ready and it's hot, you obviously can't do that! So you have to get the food out itself with a spatula or tongs. If you do try to tilt the entire drawer over, the shelf falls out with the food. I think it would be good to have a handle that sticks straight up in the center, with a threaded screw hole in the center of the basket. That way you could grasp it to lift it out if you were making something like fries, etc, but if you wanted to cook an entire chicken you just unscrew the handle, and voila, the shelf is flat again. I also think they should make four divets horizontally in the corners of the drawer, so that the shelf stays put if you do want to tilt the entire drawer over to dump something out. These divets should be strong enough to hold the shelf in place for an easy tilt, but with the screw-in handle it would still be easy to exert enough force on the shelf to remove it if you wanted. I would also recommend putting little foldable “feet” on the sides of the shelf, so that you could raise it if you wanted, and cook something both in the bottom of the drawer itself and on the shelf. Again voila - instant accessory. That to me is a major selling point, and I doubt I'm the only one that would love a built in accessory like that. One more thing - the dual blaze has the settings of reheat, broil, bake, air fry, and roast, but it does not explain in the instruction manual how the dual burners function accordingly. Example, air fry is both burners on high, broil is top burner high, bottom burner low, etc. I had to scroll through a dozen FB posts to try to find out if somebody knew, and I still only found 4 of the six settings. These should be clearly in the instruction manual. Both products are still great and I would still recommend them, as evidenced by the fact that I bought another Cosori :) Just tweaks that would make them even better and might get some people more sold on them.
