Most of all I am thrilled that even with its large capacity it looks kind of dainty next to my mixer. The build quality is excellent and the drawer inserts smoothly and easily. The controls are extremely easy to use. It is very easy to clean, but I like using paper liners to catch some of the grease and sticky stuff. The other day I made some Chinese Roast Pork that had a very sticky marinade that cooked on the bottom of the basket and not wanting to have to scrub it off I put about an inch of water into the bottom with a little splash of dishwashing liquid and ran the Cosori for 10 minutes at 200F and the cooked on mess came right off with very little effort. Next time I think I'm going to put a paper liner on the bottom of the basket as well as on the grill plate. The auto settings have worked out very well and I really appreciate the heating element on the bottom negating the necessity of turning over the food for almost everything. I highly recommend this product for the sheer joy of using it. Did I mention that it's very quiet, too? ... show more

I had high hopes for my Cosori Air Fryer. It is better than I thought it would be. It is so easy to use and easy to clean. I have cooked steaks and they come it perfect. I have cooked burgers and they are the best burgers we have ever had. I also have cooked French Fries and it blew everyone away. Then I cooked Asparagus and Broccoli both were so good they could have been the whole meal. After every cook the Air Fryer is so easy to clean it is unbelievable. This air fryer saves me so much time in the kitchen… it makes cooking fun and easy….ways clean up, food cooks super duper fast and everything tastes so good!!     • Good, one main drawback for us

We purchased this model after our previous Cosori stopped working. This one is essentially an upgrade to the one we used to have. It works well so far, but there's one major flaw. This model has a crisper plate rather than a separate internal basket. On the plus side, it's easier to clean. However, there are two large holes in the plate that you grasp to remove it from the basket. Those holes are too large and let food fall though, especially when shaking the basket to move things around. I've had the problem so far with tater tots and popcorn shrimp, and I can already think of a few other things that may be an issue. It is also missing a couple of other features our old one had such as preheat and shake. It makes up for those with more detailed temp control and a wifi connection to monitor and change settings remotely. I'm going to try it a bit longer, but the holes in the plate may be a dealbreaker for us. Overall, though, it's a great air fryer. ... show more

I upgraded from the small corsori air fryer. So the dual blaze is huge to me! LOL. I am loving it. Still learning my way but everything I have tried so far (have had for 5 days) has turned out great. I especially like the broil option since I like tuna melts and this option melts the cheese instead of heating up the whole sandwich! I do put a liner underneath to catch melting cheese! This thing is super easy to clean. I used the crisping plate for some frozen appetizers and they came out crispy! There is a learning curve for figuring out time and temp - but I recall that was the same for my first air fryer too. If you are considering buying this - just go ahead and do it! I think you will like it!! I like that there is no basket as it was so hard to clean with the vents (I periodically bought new baskets as I could never get them as clean as I would like)! Have now had this air fryer for a month and use it most days. Still loving it! I have bought some foil sheets and parchment liners to use to catch drips and keep basket clean. I have not experienced smoke from drippings. The display buttons are dark but you can hit each one and they light up....you learn where the ones you use are quickly. A little thing I really like is that when I pause and pull the drawer to check on what I am cooking, when I put the drawer back in, the fryer powers back up automatically instead of having to push a button to turn it on again. It is a little thing but I was always hitting then hitting the button again on my former Corsori (small quart size) - guess I was impatient! I do wish Corsori would have put out directions, tips, etc., as I am still not sure when to use the plate or just the drawer. I am concluding that anything I want crispy or that drips fat, then use the plate, otherwise I just use the drawer. Recipes in a compact manual would be nice too. I cook just for me and love the amount of space! I don't need it but it is great to have! ... show more
