    • Blazing Fast Performance, Worth Every Penny!
Style: Without Heatspreader Capacity: 1TB
Review Image by Average Consumer
The Corsair MP700 Elite is an absolute beast of an SSD. I installed the 1TB version in my new PCIe 5.0 build, and the speed jump is immediately noticeable. With read speeds up to 10,000 MB/s, everything from boot times to game loading and file transfers feels instant. It’s seriously fast and handles large workloads like a champ. Installation was super straightforward, and it fits perfectly in the M.2 slot with no clearance issues. Temps are manageable with decent airflow, but I’d recommend using a heatsink for optimal performance during heavy use. If you’re building a next-gen system or just want to future-proof your storage, this drive is absolutely worth it. Corsair knocked it out of the park again! ... show more

    • Fast and Hot
Style: Without Heatspreader Capacity: 2TB
This thing runs like it's on fire, both Fast & Hot. The performance is outstanding, great storage, and easy to install. Not going to lie, I was dumping large video files back and forth this just to watch the rather impressive transfer rate. I have this in a JEYI PCIe 5.0 4X to M.2 NVMe Adapter, this combo keeps it cool and running as fast as it will go. It will show higher idle temps than "normal" M2 cards, roughly 12 degrees, I used 4 different M2 coolers and they all were all the same temp watching the desktop dry (JEYI copper tall - short and Alum). That made me buy the JEYI card, as I have JEYI M2 coolers on all 6 of my PCs with no issues. ... it just likes it hot... ... show more

    • "A thermal nuke strapped to a rocket."
Style: Without Heatspreader Capacity: 1TB
Let’s be clear: this is not your everyday SSD. The MP700 is blistering fast—sequential reads north of 10,000MB/s in Gen5 slots. But speed comes with heat. You’ll absolutely need active cooling or a proper heatsink. Don’t even try naked. Installed in my editing rig, it handled 8K RAW scrubbing like a champ. No stutter, no buffering—just relentless throughput. This is flagship-tier storage, no shortcuts. 💻 Ideal for creators who treat time like currency. ... show more

    • Blistering fast speed.
Style: Without Heatspreader Capacity: 1TB
My boot up time is within 3-4 seconds until I’m able to open other programs, this thing is insanely fast for windows! My heat readings haven’t gone above 48°C so far with a thermal pad included with my motherboard. A bit more expensive than gen 4, but it does seem worth it so far.
