Upon receiving the vacuum, I noticed the box was well constructed and the item was packaged very well. Very easily put together, color was beautiful also. The battery had a slight charge to it, so I was able to immediately use it. I tried all 3 modes and it did what was expected. We have 3 dogs and eco mode picked up the hair well! For picking up messes from my kids like beads, dog food being dropped when feeding my dogs etc, the medium mode worked slightly better. It would handle every day messes easily. I did use the high mode whe. Trying to pick up the Asian lady beetles that have invaded due to the cold weather, very typical in Tennessee. I did clean the vacuum after using and it was SIMPLE. Loved the one touch empty, and to change the filter and clean everything it is only 1 touch also!! The battery is removable for easy charging which I also love. So many things I could continue on about, but this Dyson girl has been converted! Oh and battery charge time from dead to full is a out 4 hours, so not terrible at all!! ... show more

    • Great vacuum for a great price
I had held off purchasing a cordless vacuum cleaner because most of them were higher in price than I wanted to spend. However, when I saw this unit, I decided to try it out. The worst that could happen would be to have to return it. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and power this vacuum has. With 3 power settings and simple clean up after use, I am now hooked. It is light, powerful and has a good battery run time to complete all the rooms in one sweep. I must comment also on the seller's customer service. I had what turned out to be a simple issue with the roller mechanism. When I activated the 24 month warranty, I was contacted immediately confirming the warranty along with an offer of either a spare battery pack or a couple of HEPA filters for free. I was also contacted by a customer support person responding to the roller issue. I am impressed with the prompt response and helpful suggestions offered. I learned that it is important to empty and clean the unit to prevent micro-dust from accumulating in the HEPA filter. I usually empty the dirt collection cup after each use since we have several dogs and a lot of foot traffic through the house. Based on my experience to far, I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. Update on this vacuum: About a week after this review was written, the roller mechanism stopped working and the vacuum would shut down after about 10 seconds. Contacted customer support and they responded within a day. After documenting the issue, the company very quickly offered to replace the brush head and the unit was delivered in about 5 days as promised. The unit works perfectly as of this review. The customer support I received was timely and issue resolved with very little fuss. For this fact alone, I would purchase again from this company and I am very pleased with the vacuum. ... show more

    • Lights stop working very quickly
Overall I love this cordless vac. More pros than cons. Reasonably priced. 3 settings for suction. The lowest setting didn’t find useful but the middle setting is more than sufficient to use on tile, hardwood and low pile indoor/outdoor carpet. Very easy to empty and maintain. Can be detached from the handle both to charge and use has a handheld. Comes with attachments. It does a great job with picking up crumbs and dog hair from my short haired chihuahua. I use it every single day for quick clean ups. It doesn’t stand up on its own. Have to lean it up against something. That doesn’t bother me but good to know if you’re considering this vac. Has 3 lights on the vac head that I loved because makes it easy to see what I missed. But this is where the con comes in. All 3 lights stopped working after about a month. Customer service was excellent though. Contacted them via email and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement head. The new head came and unfortunately after 2 uses 2 of the 3 lights stopped working. Since this was the second time thought this was probably some kind of design flaw and didn’t contact them to let them know and decided to just deal with it because love the vac in every other way. They may very well have replaced it again if I had contacted them so that’s on me. ... show more

    • Nice lightweight vacumn
This little vacumn is small and compact which makes it easy to clean stairs and to carry it up and down. The accessories are easy to install and come apart with a click of a button. Battery has decent Life and I can get my upstairs done on one charge. Charges quickly and has good suction power.

The Nadaly ME02 is a nice little cordless vacuum. This is unfortunately my third cordless vacuum purchased, so I have some frame of comparison. The first one's battery eventually wouldn't take much of a charge, the second eventually developed a crack in the main vacuum tube, so I went looking for a third. I highly enjoy the ease and mobility of cordless. The Nadaly model is lighter and more maneuverable than my previous vacuum, and I like that is has three power levels when most other models at this price point only have two so pick up power is not compromised. I like the bottom dust bin release to empty, which is pretty standard, but what I really like about this model that is different from my previous ones is that the filter is removed from the top. So there is no accidental filter drop out into the trash when emptying as I've experienced with other models. The battery also isn't quite as bulky which I very much like. Overall a great option for a cordless vacuum compared to similar models. ... show more

It’s lightweight, has an adjustable handle design, and great for bare floors and vacuuming steps. It doesn’t have that much suction, though when it comes to carpet/ stairs, but for the size of the motor it’s to be expected. It’s quite adequate on bare floors! Battery works great.
