I purchased this item on March 18, 2025. Today October 25/2025 it stopped working. I contacted Amazon, they in turn sent me a link to contact the manufacturer. I informed them of the issue and they supposed to respond within 48 hrs. Stay tuned. The manufacturer/seller did respond promptly and instructed me to try a few steps to see if would fix the problem and if that did not work they would replace the unit; however prior to receiving his instructions the motor all of a sudden started to work. all is well now and the issue is resolved for now. ... show more

I am writing this review after 9 months of use, in a household with nine (9) cats. This vacuum works well. I would buy it again. In an 1100sf house with nine cats, we deal with an immense amount of cat hair. We vacuum at least once a day, but often 2-4x/daily, for about 10 or so minutes each time. In our small house, we can reach multiple rooms in this time frame. This vacuum is fabulous, and I'm writing this review at the 9-month mark, coming to amazon to see how to mount it on the wall, for ease of use. The receptacle container is relatively small (compared to a plugged-in floor unit, which is much less maneuverable), and needs to be emptied on average 2-4x while vacuuming a (roughly) 10x25 carpeted area with nine indoor/outdoor cats. Cleaning the filters is easy and the whole process is smooth. This vacuum works well and I highly recommend it!!! ... show more

I bought this vacuum in February of 2025 and it’s now November 2025. The bar just stopped spinning and no trouble shooting or cleaning is making it work. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone so I had to buy a new vacuum. My apt was only 300 square feet and I used it 3-4 times a week.     • Great for hardwood floors. Not so much on carpet.
So I've had this for 7 months now and I figured it was a good time to review it. First off I love it. I have hardwood floors throughout my 2 bedroom apartment with throw rugs in each room. It is great on hardwood surfaces! It is okay at best on short length rugs/carpet but not good at all on longer length rugs/carpet. The battery doesn't last that long so by the time I'm done with my 2 bedroom apartment I am having to use the strongest vacuum setting to maintain the suction efficiency of when I started. All in all, I think it's a quality vacuum. Not 5 star worthy though. ... show more
