This is a top notch cordless vacuum and fits all my requirements. I had another stick vacuum for 2 years, but the motor burned out last month, long before the batteries. So, I compiled a comparison spreadsheet of 5 different cordless stick vacuums and the Mibode V28 was my top choice for numerous reasons. The suction power is huge at 45,000 PA. It has 3 suction modes including an auto feature (which does lower the run time). However, its battery run time is longer than most, its power is higher, and the charge time is approximately 4 hours, faster than others. It is lightweight, about 5 lbs....plus the battery at 1 lb. Its maneuverability with swivel steering and low profile allows me to reach under my sofas to vacuum up the cat hair and dust bunnies. I have dust allergies, so its filtration system has washable HEPA filter traps for fine dust and allergens was also important. It comes with a wall charging station that holds the vacuum and 2 crevice tools. The rotary floor brush can be removed and cleaned separately. It can charge the battery separately, and very important to me is its low noise level at 65 dB. I found its one-click release dust bin (with 1.5 liter capacity) is generous and much easier to operate than my other vac. The [email protected] team were responsive and offer an extended warranty and additional battery and filters. I am Extremely satisfied with this Cordless stick vacuum....and would give it 6 stars if I could.

Really easy to use. Lasts forever on a single charge, at least what seems like forever, long enough to vacuum an entire 2-bedroom place. Easy to take apart and to attach accessories. Easy to empty canister to clean. Intuitive digital display. Get this vacuum!

THE GOOD PART: This is a wonderful vacuum cleaner. The LED lights are great for seeing dirt that needs to be vacuumed, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver, great suction and power, quiet, easy to change tools and adjust tube length, easy to empty, works great on hardwood floors, LVP floors, high and low pile carpet, rugs, easy to vacuum out cars trucks and vans. It's just a great vacuum cleaner. It's also built well with almost everything you would want in a vacuum cleaner THE NOT SO GOOD PART: The second time I used this new vacuum, the LED lights went out. That wouldn't be so bad IF it came with some instructions, a parts list and diagram, and a troubleshooting flow chart so it could be easily repaired. It would also be nicer if it was possible to get parts for maintenance and/or repair. The LED lights doesn't stop it from working but there's many places where it helps tremendously to see where you need to vacuum or what you may have missed. Even worse, right after I ordered mine, they were out of stock and uncertain when they may or may not be back in stock. Even if the optional 2 or 3 year warranty was purchased, this vacuum couldn't be repaired or replaced so you'd just get a refund and that wouldn't include the cost of the warranty. It's uncertain how long any part of this vacuum would last so parts availability is very important. Recycling is made out to be a big deal this day and age, but REAL recycling is to be able repair what you buy and keep on using it. It is very irresponsibility of manufacturers to build products that have a designed life just to sell more junk, but it seems like most all have all jumped in on that parade regardless of where things are manufactured. I miss the times when companies took pride in their products and had motto's like "Quality goes in before our Name goes On" and "Our Employees are Our most important Product"?

I replaced an older vacuum with this V28 cordless vacuum cleaner. This new V28 cordless vacuum is much stronger with a welcome 60-minute run time. I use it primarily on vinyl plank flooring which has some area rugs. I like the Auto sensor mode and V-shaped roller brush to solve the old solve the hair-tangling problem. It’s surprising how easy the brush is to remove and clean. The dust cup was easy to handle as well. I really like the wall charging station that holds the vacuum and 2 crevice tools. Overall, I think this is a very well-designed product. The product support is excellent! I thought I had a problem when I first received the vacuum, but their product support personnel responded back the same day and resolved the issue. I don’t think you can do better than this choice for a cordless stick Vacuum.

This is not my 1st stick vacume but far succeeds my previous unit that broke This jem is self supporting agenstany wall,fits nicely in small spaces and pet hair is no match agenst the perfectly designed roller brush The power is at the top end for vaccumesof this type with a smart battery \power head combo that can automatically change speeds depending on the work load. And it's very easy to clean and maintain. I had questions, company service tech's were quick and courteous with there helpful responses. I use this vacuum on wood,tile and large area rugs with seamless transitions from one area to the next without any hesitation. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a powerful and easy to use product. Sandman

Love the design and how lightweight it is. I had hoped this would work on a very low pile carpet, like office carpet, it doesn’t do well for that. There are no bristles. Works great on tile,wood, or concrete floors though.

I have been insistent to never get a lightweight, rechargeable vacuum. I never found one with sufficient suction or airflow to compare to even a 10-year-old upright. My wife, however, decided we should try one, and I got this during Prime Day. It took about five minutes to assemble, and it came with the battery about 70% full, so I tried it out. It not only worked well on the tile floor, it even managed to pick some lint off the carpet that my full-sized vacuum had missed. The attachments are much easier to use than on a normal vacuum, and they work exceptionally well. It even has automatic suction control, so it doesn't waste power on dusty, flat floors, but ramps up to full power on the carpet. I'm very impressed!
