I like this cordless stick vac a lot. It has strong suction and easily cleans both hard floors and short carpet. The battery is strong and makes quick work of our main floor (over 1,400 SF) and still has power to continue in our basement. The vacuum is light, easy to use, and the bright LEDs make spotting debris simple. While it would be nicer to have a larger dust bin, this one is adequate and is easy to empty. This is our 4th cordless stick vacuum. It is BY FAR the best. It feels sturdy and simply does a great job. I heartily recommend it. One of my sons has 2 different models of Dyson stick vacuums.     • Works well with a few issues
First, I have a golden retriever - a dog known for its long, fluffy fur and its nearly constant shedding. So a vacuum here faces a maximum challenge. At first, I wasn't that impressed with its performance. Finally, after looking over the manual I realized that there were three power levels. Once I switched to max power the vacuum performed better. Not quite as powerful as my corded vac. But pretty good considering I don't have to constantly manage the cord, which at times can be aggravating. Getting rid of the cord was the main reason I bought this vacuum. If it's easy to use I'm inclined to pull it out and use it more often to stay ahead of the 70-pound furball and his prodigious fur production. I will probably pull out the heavy, corded vacuum once in a while to get a deeper cleaning. The negative issues I note are: 1:) The dirt cup is quite small and fiddly to empty and reattach. 2:) Dog hair in the dirt cup can be very difficult to remove. I have to take the top off to get everything out. 3:) The head moves around freely and takes a bit of experience to master. 4:) The suction is good but is no match for the Shark upright. The positive issues are: 1:) It's VERY lightweight and easy to carry around 2:) No cord is the biggest plus so it's easy to get out and put to work 3:) Exceptionally good at doing the stairs 4:) If you install the hanger it takes up very little closet space 5:) I have thick-pile carpet which is challenging for any vacuum and on Max it did a reasonable job 6:) Battery life is better than I expected. I live in an eleven hundred square foot townhome and I can give all the carpeting a quick vacuum (like when a friend says "Hey, I'm in town and stopping by for a visit) My bottom line is: It's not a Dyson. But it's a lot less expensive. The value for the price is excellent. Best performance will be on short-pile carpet and hardwood floors. Thicker pile is a challenge but performs acceptably. ... show more

I am very impressed with this company and product! After the initial cleaner was found to not work so well on carpet, I reached out and received amazing support. The issue is resolved, and the vacuum works fantastic now on my carpeted stairs and other rooms that are carpeted. It works fantastic on hard floors also, very convenient and efficient, just grab it for any dry spills or crumbs as they occur. No need for broom/dustpan anymore and I love how you can break it down into a small and lightweight handheld as needed. And that break down into a smaller handheld vacuum works excellent on drapes and furniture. Cordless is such an improvement in ease of use than a corded vacuum (which I do still use occasionally), but this cordless is so much easier to use! Maybe the only minor drawback is battery does not last longer - but that is the case with any product - and the recharge process is sufficient. Unless you plan to do a huge amount of cleaning, battery life is usually more than sufficient. All in all, I would highly recommend HOMPANY and their products, plus the service is top of the line. ... show more
