HORRIBLE VACUUM! I bought one last year and it only lasted me two months and mind you I vacuum one bedroom apartment like once a week.. somehow I purchased one again in like November and forgot about it’s existence till last night. Vacuumed my couch and today when I tried to vacuum the living room I noticed that it wouldn’t turn on. The power bank does not charge and it showed that I still had 44% charge left however it would turn on the light but the suction wouldn’t so disappointing. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money!!!!

This is the best I have 5 pets and it makes cleaning up the hair so easy - light weight with great suction. Works in carpet and hard wood . Battery life could probably be better, but it has lasted for what I need it to so it’s a non issue for me.

I fell in love with the product!!! It worked amazing for only a couple of months and the entire vacuum broke/ stopped working or sucking up anything! Customer service is HORRIBLE!! Not responsive at all!!!!!! They provide a customer service number and a QR code on the product and they do not answer!! They won’t repair or refund your money BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER… It’s so sad because the product was awesome for ONLY A FEW MONTHS, broke my heart and made me have to bust out the old reliable broom.

Purchased in September, against my better judgment after reading some pretty bad reviews that I should’ve just took heed of to begin with. Was pleasantly surprised when it worked great. The return window closed on October 6 and October 12 the battery stopped working entirely (charging indicator light will not even illuminate when plugged in). Keep in mind, I used it maybe 3-5 times a week for 15-20 minutes at a time always on the lowest speed (the highest speed will drain the battery in under 10 minutes) and never left the battery on the charger after being charged. I tried to contact seller hoping to get a replacement battery due to the product being barely over a month old. That was useless due to the fact that the “product is unavailable at this time”. Extremely disappointed with how poorly Amazon holds their sellers accountable for product quality. For $100 I’m not expecting a Dyson, however, I would expect the product to last longer than 5 weeks. Save your money and just buy the trusted name brand.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product in Feb (TikTok) and it was great! Loved it so much. After my 3rd time charging the battery, it no longer charged. I contacted customer support and sent images to prove that it was not charging. They indicated that it was already 7 months old and battery out of stock so offered me a $40 credit for Amazon. OK, things happen and it was unfortunate. So I sent that one out in the trash and decided to order another on Amazon. It came quickly and I charged it immediately, used it same night. Success - worked GREAT. However, today (2 days later), it just "flashed" at me when I tried to use it and no longer works. I'm so sad, and I get the feeling it is just hit / miss on quality of this product. I'm willing to give it one more try if they are willing to replace it. It's a great unit when it works! REVISED - Sept 11, 2024 I want to thank the company for supporting their customers and their product. The company has reached out to resolve any concerns and provide an excellent customer experience. I still maintain that I really love this product, and the one I'm using now is working perfectly.

Can’t get the filter to sit in flat, think a piece may be missing. Suction is okay but not great and the battery life gives me just enough time to quickly vacuum my home (700 sqft) if I wanted to vacuum mor thoroughly i’d probably have to stop and re charge it. The area where all the dirt collects is held shut with cheap clasp, and comes undone when vacuuming, emptying everything you’ve vacuumed right onto the floor again ( or onto you’re freshly cleaned couch like me )

This item worked great for two months then all of the sudden stopped turning on. Tried all the recommended tips but nothing worked. Asked for help but only told to try the listed tips and tricks, did not talk to a human regarding this issue. No longer able to return, so going in the trash. So disappointing.
