I was a little surprised on how well it worked. It did everything and more that i bought it for. I might not rely on it for heavy everyday use but I hade a week long job and it perforated great.

This SDS hammer drill works with Milwaukee M18 batteries, but can be used with other brand batteries using an inexpensive adapter found on Amazon. This hammer drill works well, but I don't believe it would hold up to daily, or even weekly use by a contactor . For the casual homeowner, who would use a tool like this a few times a year, it would be fine I believe. As shown in the photos, I am using a different brand battery with an adapter . This hammer drill would make an excellent addition to a tool collection if for someone, who doesn't want to invest a lot of money in a SDS, and already invested in another line of batteries, assuming an adapter is made for M18.

Cordless Rotary Hammer Drill I have a corded SDS, but there are times when a corded really comes in handy. Adding this to my toolbox will make those occasions so much easier than dragging a generator to the job site. This one appears well made, and functioned well with my offbrand Milwaukee batteries. It comes with a decent set of bits to get started, and a nice carrying case.

The extra handle offers enhanced accuracy and control. Although I'm not a contractor, I sometimes need a solid dependable and strong drill for commercial type of projects. My old milwaukee hammerdrill finally bit the dust after many HARD years of work. One of my crew left it out and it rained and that was it... Had a job coming up I couldnt turn down and local home depo was sold out so I bought this so I dont have to turn down the job I'm glad I did because it works just like my old hammerdrill! Uses the same batteries and works just the same, adjustments are in same locations even the mode switch
