Instantly the best cordless all-around drill that I've ever owned, and frankly, the best I've ever seen on any job site. Very powerful. Great chuck. I ordered this in August and didn't get a chance to put it to use until now. It doesn't work properly as if it was refurbished but sold as new. I tried to return it but it won't let me. Scam!
