I ordered this item to use at work not for gardening and once it arrived I had thought it was a bit cheap feeling so I decided to return it and Amazon refunded me and told me to keep it so I decided to use it anyway and now that I've been using it since April 6, 2021 I figured I should at least give an honest review on it. When it arrived it felt cheap and plastic-ey the pockets were decent and the snap buckle belt was long enough and wide enough so it was comfortable to wear. I work in a warehouse and use this to carry pens, a fat marker, my scanner which is an iphone 8 model I believe that has a snap on scanner attachment which makes it about 2.5 inches at the thickest part, shipping labels, a pair of work gloves, my own phone and I clip my box cutter to it. It holds all that pretty easily, I don't use the pockets that are on the backside because when the belt is clipped it makes it difficult to access while on. The mesh on the pockets is made from a rolled plastic that's soft so the one that has my scanner in it has already worn a hole into it from rubbing on the steel racks as I slip between them and the forklifts or wiggle around other metal carts that are in the aisles. I think it might hold up better if it wasn't under daily abuse but I figure since I got it for free I'll wear it til it falls apart and I'll write an update when that happens so people will get an idea about how long this item will last.

My old garden bag (after 10 years) finally wore out. It was made from canvas. After much research, this bag seemed like a good replacement it being of oxford cloth. I only have been using it a week so can't judge durability. A concern is the plastic pocket lining. Will it eventually tear from sharp tools? If so I will take it out. You can't store them with sharp points pointing out. They'll stab you, I tried. My main worry is the pockets are a little short and some of my tools fall out. Other bags I considered have the same measurements. The pockets are wide so I might sew a line down the pocket making it tighter so the tools don't have so much room to fall out. I do like it and look forward to many years of use.

I always carry a bucket of tools and supplies into the grooming stall when working on my equines, but of course about the time I have convinced that finicky filly to lift her hoof, the specific tool I want is in the bucket, across the stall. Now I carry the basics in this belt bag, strapped around my waist, and I’m good to go. It easily adjusts to my waist, and snaps on and off quickly. The price is right too! I like it so much I may order a second one to use when gardening. Hmmm.

I work as an RBT we basically do behavioral therapy for children with autism and other diagnoses in schools and in home. At school, specifically you can’t just leave things laying around because other kids will grab the toys/tools/whatever I’m using at the time. So I bought a fanny pack. It wasn’t big enough and things all felt the same once there. Then I bought this. Single handily best purchase I have ever made. It can hold my tablet phone toys pen and anything else I may need. This may not be a helpful review for gardeners but for others in my situation it may be.
