This robot pool cleaner takes too long to charge for the amount of runtime that it gives you. My pool is 30 x 10 feet and it doesn't get nearly the half of it. Also, this cleaner has a very difficult time scaling up even small inclines, which means that it's only functional at the flattest points in my pool. I would get something else.

This pool vacuum was a huge disappointment, and I realize it's inexpensive so my expectations weren't that high. But right out of the box, you can see that it's made a very thin plastic that doesn't look like it'll hold up more than a month or so. The handle that you have to screw in yourself and good luck figuring that out, even has a warning sticker on it reminding you that it's brittle, which it is. Also the charger has about the same power as a cheap phone charger that takes forever to charge. The real problem though is that once you put it in the pool, fully charged, it goes about 6 inches and then stops. And I don't mean for a few minutes. I mean indefinitely. You have to nudge it with your pool pole, which gets it going again but then it stops a foot or so later and does the same thing. Lather, rinse, repeat. As I said, my expectations weren't that high. But this was ridiculous. Sending it back.
