The customer service is excellent. The set up was a little difficult for me because I have never used a power washer before. It would be nice if there were pictures to set it up. However, when I reached out to customer service I received a response within 24 hours and pictures were sent to me. The power washer is not extremely powerful, but works for basic tasks that are not too high. I wanted to get rid of spiderwebs around my porch, clean windows and sidewalks around my house. For areas I can get close to it worked excellent. Unfortunate, areas high up will required a more powerful power washer.

Confession - I have a pressure washing fetish. I have both a gas and electric, but both are a bit cumbersome. This is light, easy to use, and has a variety of spray selections. I will say that some of the selections are not particularly strong, but that’s actually okay for me for something like vehicle washing. 0 to 15 degrees is the sweet spot for de-mossing. This is a nice addition for quick jobs - but I don’t think it replaces the larger washers. Also, the battery only lasts about 15 minutes before it needs to be recharged - which is a bit annoying. Still - not a bad tool to have on hand.
