Used this product to wash my truck in the winter months. It worked great for what I had used it for. It has great pressure, and its easy to use. Battery life is my only ding on this product. I can wash my entire truck start to finish rinse, soak, hand wash then rinse again if I charge the battery while I hand washed the truck. So when I wasn't spraying plugged it back in. But I would recommend it for sure.

To the manufacturer of this product - I love it! The replacement of the bulky pressure washer machine with this neat pressure gun is amazing, however, here are my 2 cents on how to improve your product, so people would actually be able to use it: 1. This is the 21 century, we have electric cars that run on batteries, can you please MAKE A BATTERY THAT HOLDS ITS CHARGE??? Common, at least state that if I am going to use it on maximum setting, I should expect no more than 5 minutes of continuous operation. BTW, your package does have a space for a second battery, so why don't just add one more to make it easier? 2. To anyone who's going to use this device with garden hose connected to a faucet - please be mindful of the fact that this unit is NOT DESIGNED for it. Main reason - it doesn't have a shutoff valve, so the moment you turn the water on, the gun will start spraying, so make sure you point it in a direction that won't get affected by being sprayed by water while you run from the faucet to grab the unit. 3. The location of the setting button - please have your engineers review the concept of "ergonomic", so customers won't have to continuously press the setting button, because it is right under their thumb, where you would normally grip the handle. 4. Please make sure to either supply the correct charger in the kit or update your instructions to show the correct order of LED lights - my charger was continuously showing red LED while charging and would only turn green, when I disconnected from the battery (this is the exact opposite of the manual). Also, that would take away the guess work out of figuring out when the battery is fully charged. Once you fix ALL of those items - please let me know, and I'd be more than happy to consider your product again.

The pressure is quite descent. But the Car Wash is why I feel this is the Perfect Tool! I can take a bucket of water from a faucet, or any body of water... Boat owners, pay attention... The battery lasts far longer than I would ever need and the pressure is also more than enough to wash and rinse my car and van, as well as keep my wheels look great.

Very Low Pressure. Battery dies quickly and replacements are almost the price of the original unit. Water in the 5 gallon bucket goes quickly and it’s a pain carrying around. All cons and I can’t think of a single pro.

Pro: 1. Easy to install and setup 2. Has multiple spray angles to choose 3. Provides a carry/storage case with multiple accessories for your need Con: 1. Water pressure is a bit weak for cleaning the dead bugs from the car 2. Battery dies quickly, only up to 15mins with max power 3. The power adapter generated pretty high heat during charging Conclusion: I had no choice but to return this product because it doesn't fit my needs. The only major advantage of this product is its portability.

I got this to do quick car or deck washes, rolling out a big unit was a waste of time. I was worried it wouldn’t make much pressure, but it turns out to be great. Very easy to switch configurations. It does a great job and is light & maneuverable. I would suggest getting a second battery if you want to use it for bigger projects, but that’s not much more. The only negative I have for it is that there is no way to stop water flow. It should come with a valve to stop the water when you aren’t using it, which I bought for about $6.
