Update- Customer service was awesome! They quickly took care of my concerns and provided quick remediation and refund. Set up was easy, worked great at the beginning. However, have been through 4 batteries since February. Isn’t practical or convenient when the battery constantly goes out and you can’t use the keypad.

The keypad is fine. It appears to be well built (time will tell) and it was very easy to program. Although the unit I received came with a dead battery, when I contacted the seller they immediately issued a full refund (I would have been satisfied with a couple of bucks for the replacement battery) and sent a very pleasant note of apology. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.

I installed this to work with a Liftmaster 8355W Wifi opener. The installation instructions were good but I was confused by the fact that the Liftmaster user guide didn't mention the learn button on the motor, just the one on the controller. I sent an email to the keypad supplier and received an immediate reply that fixed my confusion. Of course, if I'd just worked from the instructions that came with the keypad I would have had no problem at all. Good product and excellent support.

This remote replaced my original Liftmaster from 2007. I have 3 doors to open. This remote will accommodate 3 doors. Programming door 1 was easy, doors 2 and 3 took a little more effort and a visit to YouTube. At present it works perfectly. Read the instructions thoroughly.

Easiest thing in the world to install and program. Worked immediately. Hope it lasts! The included 9v battery was dead, which wasn't a big deal, but if the battery is included it should work. When I got a new battery it functioned just fine. I like that the numbers beep when you press them. Instructions were very easy to interpret. Comes with screws and anchors.
