I'm very disappointed with this vacuum. I purchased this to replace a PoolBlaster MAX which lasted 8 years but started having issues charging. Thought I would save a few bucks with one. Wish I had bought another PoolBlaster. This one has to be emptied & cleaned about every 2 minutes because it loses suction. There is not enough suction to use the included sock, so it doesn't catch any fine dirt. If you only want to suck up very small amounts of small debris, this might be OK. The lever for locking the filter cup in place seems likely to break soon. Would not recommend. ... show more

This does a decent job, but it pretty much what I expected from the inexpensive cost. Make sure the 2 pieces are fitted snuggly together or it falls apart and everything you have vacuumed up goes back the in pool. Same when removing from the water, you must put it quickly over the edge of the pool or it backwashes back into the pool. A bit tricky to use because of what I mentioned, but once you get the hang of it, it does a fairly good job. The short pole that comes with it, is useless even in a small pool (ours is 10 x 12 and 5" deep). ... show more

I bought this vacuum at the end of summer(September 2025) and brought this out to use this year and the handle broke into. The suction is not good and it dumps debris back into the pool when it is full- must be dumped several times with each use. I do not recommend

Overall, I'm satisfied with this vac. It seems to want to float, even fully submerged, so I chose a more robust pole and that helped but I still have to exert pressure to keep it on the pool. It does a good job and sucks up small leaves, twigs, and dirt streaks (in-ground, 15 X 30 X 6 pool) and the battery life is decent; I get about two cleanings per charge. This is NOT a thousand dollar vacuum replacement but works great for daily touch ups. It's easy to clean but getting it apart can be a challenge. I'm always afraid I'm going to break it, with it being plastic and all. It also tends to roll around as there's no "stand" to keep it stationary. I couldn't get the sucker head off and sent a message to the company. They were very prompt and helpful though I wasn't willing to exert the force they suggested to remove the head. I'm happy with this little vac and comfortable the company will stand behind their product. I'd buy it again. ... show more
