While I wish this set had a different look to it like other products out there, this was the set that had all the pieces I was looking for and still a relatively affordable price. I will probably end up looking for some cute slip-over covers for these The covers are removable using zippers so they can be washed. The set comes a bit shrink wrapped so it needs to be aired out a bit upon opening, but washing the covers can help as well. They are easy enough to be repositioned but don't slide around out of place. These work amazing for me and I am 5'3, and with a slight adjustment they work great for my 6'3 husband. I made him try them specifically so I could speak to taller people using them lol They are firm enough to support me but soft enough to be comfortable for hours on end. I use pieces of the set when sleeping but use the whole set when I am working (wfh job on my laptop). I think I might add a memory foam layer to 2 or 3 of the pillows for a little more of a luxury comfort experience, but it's not necessary for general comfort. It helps quite a bit for my chronic pain with neck, back, legs but does not eliminate it entirely as I still have some back pain. But regular use is helping. I am happy with this purchase. No complaints, and anything that would have made it better would have put it out of my available budget at the time I needed them. ... show more

It was shipped really fast and well packed. It was exactly as shown in pictures. It even comes with the space saver packing bags that you can use your vacuum with to make the pieces easier to store. Every piece is comfortable and fits together just as shown. They only complaint would be the foam is not very wear resistant or durable. After washing the headrest piece the foam completely fell apart in the washer and dryer. The right delicate cycle was used so I fell it must be a quality issue. But all the pieces that haven't been washed yet seem to be holding together great. So if you would have to put any of it in the washer it should be fine. A great purchase for the 7 pieces and multiple configuration options compared to price and options offered by other brands. Also the pieces are thick and sturdy when leaning up against or laying on, it doesn't shift or fold, it stays in place and is very cushiony and comfy. ... show more

There are many pieces which do not stay in place. Any movement displaces the pieces and I had to get out of bed to reposition all night. When I tried to return, the company requires this be returned in the same packaging it comes it. This is IMPOSSIBLE!!! It is vacuum-packed and once they unravel, there is no way to get them back in the box to return. I contacted the business and here is the exchange: "YOUR CONVERSATION WITH COOL BEBE Oct 25, 2023 9:41 AM am trying to return the product but can't compress it enough to fit back in the box.
