Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
After researching and ordering an Induction Cooktop, minutes later I saw the "COOKTRON Portable Induction Cooktop 2 Burner with Removable Iron Cast Griddle Pan Non-stick, 1800W Double Induction Cooktop" and thought that would be cool to have and offer more flexibility. Some reviewers spoke of "set controls" of temperatures. I loved the idea of the grill and ordered both. The Nuwave arrived first, which I liked. The Cooktron arrived a few days later…unfortunately, busted to bits (not the grill). The packaging would have survived with a little more insulation. Replace it or not? I really wanted to try it and decided to give it another try based on the positive reviews I had read. The replacement arrived faster than the original order and intact. It was very simple to operate. I liked everything about it except not being able to have more temperature controls, also, the spacing between pots on the stovetop are a little close, neither a deal breaker. The grill: Cooking bacon or other meats (in a pan makes for a harder to clean up, but on the grill it) is easy, no oil needed and cleaning up the surface using "a couple of paper towels" as another reviewer said was perfect. (see video) When you use the grill, there is a setting which operates both sides of the grill simultaneously with the same temperature. It comes in handy for grilling multiple items and has enough room on the grill to fry 6 nice sized slices of thick bacon easily. We've used it to stir fry vegetables on one side as the meat is cooking and it's so easy. Nothing sticks to it, Sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs, veggies, etc.. The unit is not as heavy as I expected, so it's easy to handle. Its compact size is ideal. It is lightweight and doesn't feel bulky to move about, which makes for a perfect portable device if one needs to take to a party for additional cooking. The handles of the grill get hot! Have gloves nearby if you think you need to touch the handles. Have fun!

Best cooktop ever
Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
We've had several full cover cooktops, but boilovers still get them dirty which then gets on the pans etc. These seem less likely to boil over maybe because of the induction? Any spatters are really easy to clean. We used to unplug the other cooktop because it was hard to tell if it was left on. This shows clearly when it's on or off and also shows when an element is still hot even if it's been turned off. The reality is though they cool down pretty quickly. Bottom line, this is well worth the money, even if you have to buy new induction pans (we did, you can get a whole set that works fine on Amazon for like $100).

WOW, I'm impressed, perfect for a family of 2 or a hobit
Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
First impressions, this must be made for a hobit. It's much smaller than I had thought. The griddle can fit 4 eggs, plus maybe 4 pieces of bacon, or sausage if you don't mind things overlapping. Perfect for an omlet for 3 or 4 people. It's no doubt a very handy gadget to own. The griddle heats up very nicely, on level 5 is was about 300, what you would want for eggs, but it can get a lot hotter. It's not completely evenly heated however. There are hot and cooler spots that range 50 degrees more or less. (mainly the center of each circle is the hottest). Using the lid makes more heat throughout for even cooking, or just move things around every once in a while. It's a heck of a lot better, hotter, quicker, than those cheaper griddles. My pots and pans heated up, but here's the CONs and what you should know.. Thin pans like stainless steal will heat up FAST and more even, while the others with heavier thick bases over inches will take a little longer with more uneven cooking. Unfortunately, I got an 11" fry pan (expensive one), and it only gets a hot temp in the middle 6", it's too large for these coils. I haven't cooked on it yet, but assume things will need to be moved around, and frying with it might be less than perfect. Going to fry chicken tomorrow and update this if I have bad results.

Great grill
Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
This little induction grill is great for 2 people. The removable cast iron griddle that comes with cooks even, and cleans up easily. Then you can remove the griddle and use the induction elements for a couple of smaller skillets ( induction compatible of course), or my new favorite, my camping griddle. Cast iron heats evenly, but just need to heat slowly and give it time to spread out the heat. I’m happy to make hamburger patties that are close to like we make outside on our grill. It makes great pancakes, but just 2 at a time. Bacon cooks nice and evenly across the griddle. The only downside I have is it’s a little small, but the compact size takes less space on counter, and storage. After using it almost daily for a month, I’m still happy with it.

Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
Love this product…even bought all the toppers, but the right side burner does not work (continuous E5 error…which indicates the burner is not functioning due to poor airflow). The fan runs and is completely clear of barriers or debris, so I just got a faulty unit. Still okay, I am patient and can wait for a replacement or customer support….there is no support to reach out to. It is always disturbing when the links in the product do not work, but I cannot find any place on the internet either. At least one side works and it is easy to use. The flat cooking plate has a very tiny lip around the outline of the burner placement…this has to be cleaned extra carefully because grease gets trapped in the area.

Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
I really like this portable induction cooktop. It’s easy to use and heats up quickly. Having two independent cooking zones is very convenient when I’m preparing several things at the same time. The removable nonstick griddle pan is my favorite feature. I’ve used it for pancakes, eggs, burgers, and grilled sandwiches, and cleanup is very easy. The controls are simple, and I like having both the touch buttons and the knob. The 9 power levels make it easy to adjust the heat for different types of cooking. It also has a nice compact design, so it doesn’t take up too much counter space and is easy to store. Overall, it works great for everyday cooking and is especially useful for breakfast and quick meals. Very happy with this purchase!

Very Convenient Two-Burner Cooktop with a Useful Griddle

This cooktop is very practical, especially when I need extra cooking space or want to cook directly at the table. I like that it has two separate heating zones, so I can use both sides at the same time. The removable griddle pan is a great addition and gives plenty of room for breakfast, meat, vegetables, or other foods. The nonstick surface is also much easier to clean than I expected. The controls are straightforward, and the whole unit feels compact enough to store without taking up too much space. Overall, it’s a versatile setup for everyday cooking, hot pot, or entertaining guests. The included griddle and lid make it feel much more useful than a basic portable induction burner.

Love This Prouduct!!
Size: Double Induction Cooktop with Griddle Pan
I purchased this 3 months ago so I believe it's a good time to write a review. When I was looking for an induction cooktop and saw this with the griddle and thought that might be something that is a cool gadget. I have to tell you I use the griddle part for pretty much everything! If it's not a liquid that needs to be in a pot it's on the griddle. I was worried about the heating elements and it not heating the whole griddle, but I have not found that to be an issue. Yes it does most of the heating where the elements are beneath but it seems to distribute quite well and it also gives you the area where you want to have heat and the one maybe not so much. For most of my griddle cooking I have not taken this over 3. It goes all the way up to 7 so no need to worry about that. I have also boiled water only using one side of the burner and nothing on the other and did not have any concerns about getting up to a boil. I really love this product!
