Bought these after purchasing a different set that was not nonstick. I ended up burning those immediately so I scoured all of Amazon for the best nonstick set for my induction cooktop. These are AWESOME and very pretty. They are so easy to clean without any scrubbing. I love that you can use them in the oven as well, but that means that sometimes the handle gets hot when you’re using it on the stove… not enough to burn you, but just slightly warm. These heat up relatively quickly and cook evenly. On the new pans, the oil does seem to congregate around certain spots but it settles out when you add the food. I would definitely recommend these and am happy to have found them!

I got these for the appearance and the technology. I've been using my set for about 2 years now and they've held up great. Would buy again if I needed a replacement. I would advise owners of these to only use scrubbing pads on the bottom heating element and NOT on the copper finish. The copper finish is easily scratched so only use the sponge side for cleaning. For the ceramic coating, use hot water and sponge to clean. The ceramic coating are still working well on my set. I've used mine on both gas and induction type stoves. On gas the handles will get very hot especially on high heat because of how the flames propagate around the tapered bottom. These are aluminum so don't need high heat like normal steel cookware so use them the way they're designed at low to medium heat when using gas. For induction cooking don't let them sit there on the high setting unattended as you're just wasting electricity. These heat up fast on high power so should be turned down after reaching the desired temperature.

I am so disappointed in these pans. I wanted to love them so much because they truly are beautiful. However. After one month of daily use with me following the directions they provide, I have to say I’m very unhappy. At first the non stick worked great but after one month, cooking egg whites is a nightmare. They were completely stuck to the bottom of the pan. I’m soaking the egg off as we speak. The beautiful copper exterior is just a coat of paint. In the drying rack a pan rubbed against another and left a nice scratch. After one month of daily use I’m already beginning to think about replacing them which is so pathetically sad considering I had an inexpensive set of ceramic pans from Walmart that lasted 5 years before I thought about replacing them. I am so angry I spent so much money on this set to get this kind of quality. And I haven’t even mentioned the handles yet!! I knew from other reviews to expect the handles to get hot while in use. Fine, I own potholders. But the handles actually pop and sound like they’re cracking where they meet the pan while in use. If you are going to use this set daily, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money!

I purchased these a few months ago and absolutely love them! They are easy to clean and continue to look brand new. I owned ceramic pots and pans before this set so I was already familiar with how to care for them. If you don't know already, you will need to cook on a lower heat, unless boiling water. The ceramic heats quickly and evenly so when the temperature is too hot, food will burn onto the pot and decrease the "nonstick" factor that ceramic has. (My boys learned this when they thought it was OK to cook on 7-8 because it didn't say High...). These pots are dishwasher safe, however I usually hand wash them, and due to the ceramic coating, it is very easy and convenient. The handles can get fairly hot, and if I am cooking something for an extended period of time, like homemade soup or boiling water, I will need to use ovenmits to touch the handles.
