Luv this little pan! I purchased the 8" one just to try it out. It's everything as promised. The no stick ceramic surface is amazing that it won't scratch or peel off or release toxins as my old non stick pans did. I can even use metal utensils on it! The geometric lasered design is fun but functional. And yes it cooks evenly. With just a little dab of butter or oil, when I fry an egg...I can actually swirl the egg easily around the pan! It's an induction pan but can be used on all stove tops. I had to research out induction. Its very interesting. I plan on purchasing another if I need a larger pan.

Great pans!! Always liked stainless steel but didn't used it much since food sticks to it but not on this since they have ceramic etched into them and raised stainless steel borders. They actually look very nice inside and very clean outside. Was concerned when I saw that the handles needed to be bolted on since I would never buy a pan that has screws on the handles but took a leap of faith since I saw so many good reviews, well I am not disappointed, just have to pay attention to center the handles properly before tightening and they will feel as if they are riveted in place. I guess I will have to make sure that they stay tight over time but I'm ok with that since the price is right and the quality is present. Just make sure not to over heat them since stainless steel gets much hotter than aluminum or cast iron. Any pan will warp no matter how expensive or thick it is if abused. Low to medium heat is plenty hot for most applications, you might notice this if you heat oil and starts to burn earlier than you would normally expect, I have an electric stove with coils and the pans directly on them. I guess they will act differently on a gas stove or not actually touching the heating element. Very easy to clean and very solid built.

Bought this set because of mostly large frying pan and small one. I have tons of medium size pans but decided to buy a set. Never used medium so far , used small one once or twice to fry crepes only and it was ok. But the largest one is so disappointing one. First time i heated it ( medium heat not high) bottom of it bent and became like a wok lol. Center got overheated while the edges didn't even got heated because they didn't touch the heating element. We tried to make it work. My husband can actually fix everything and tried to straighten it back , but it sticks probably because overheating the center the first time or its sticks anyways. But it does looks burnt in the center since then. I was expecting better quality , something like copycat of hexclad. Of course i didn't expect that quality for that little price , but at least planned to use it for at least some time like i used to do with my ceramic and Teflon pans where i just use it for months then replace, but this was horrible from the first minute. Didn't expect that bad. Overall quality before using seemed good. Just letting you know this is garbage unless i got defective one. And believe me i know how to use skillets. Have all sorts of them: cast iron, ceramic, teflon. I have salad master pots and hexclad pots and im mom of 7 and 38 y.o with bunch of experience in cooking and kitchenware. I know not to wash hot nonstick skillets right away with water and i never did. I just put it on the medium heat and it bent and the center got burned right the first time. Im also very conscious about returning, so probably missed the time because i was really trying make it work , my husband even managed to straighten it back to normal , also i was hesitated should i return or not and decided just let all you know it is garbage. P.S I never used medium so far since i have a bunch of the old ones the same size and used smallest one only once or twice to make crepes. I make crepes in 2 small pans together, so that's why i needed small one too. Worked for crepes well, but largest one is a disaster.

This is ok. The hex clad knock off works for the most part and is good for searing meat but isn’t great for eggs. It isn’t like totally non stick. It doesn’t stick hard but just a little friction that makes flipping an omelette even breakfast potatoes stick a little bit. Whe weight is really good and it feels really solid. And another thing is the sides are shaped a little differently that my other pans and it when I flip my food it doesn’t flip the same. Hard to explain but the food doesn’t flip back towards the center of the pan, it just goes straight up. I have used it for a few months and it still looks brand new. I got this to replace a stainless steel pan and a non stick pan. It’s alright but if I was to do it again I would just get the two different pans instead of this pan.

I was so disappointed but then so excited............ been wanting these pans for a while...I used the larger one made sausage on med heat. Followed all the instructions bought new silicone spoons and already had wooden ones too bought extra sponges for cleaning even went as far as getting dawn dish soap it is the most delicate... let it cool off like it said and washed with a sponge..and the sausage didn't stick the non-stick did work..... not dishwasher even though it said u can.... and I got white spots on it after it dried .. used the small one this morning for pancakes and it washed fine and no problem I guess it is a defect .. sadly, I had to return them in one day... now have to look for a new set ... it is a process lol... i had old Teflon pans roommate had I hated them... I was so so excited... ugh... they are beautiful too i loved them

My go-to skillet is my 12" Made-In. Works great. But I wanted something smaller for frying eggs or whipping up a grilled cheese sandwich. BOOM! This 10" Cooker King is excellent. Unboxed it, washed it, dried it, placed in on my induction stove top, added enough butter for flavor, and dropped in a couple of eggs. NOTHING STICKS! My induction cooker has a range of 400 watts up to 1800. I cooked these with ease on 600 watts. And the eggs slid around like crazy with gentle pushes from my stainless steel spatula. The laser-etched ceramic surface seems worthy as no scratches can be seen from this initial use. And the cleanup was super easy. Let the pan cool and washed it with a soapy sponge. It couldn't be easier. And the way it cooks...very impressive! So much so that I went back and ordered the 12" skillet, too. Move over, Made-In! :P This is a solid product that could easily get more than 5 Stars. I highly recommend. UPDATE 06-JAN-2026: Even using low-medium heat, the pan warped. It goes back flat when cooled, but spins when heated. I still like the pan. I just wish the material was a little thicker so it cld handle heat better. The ceramic surface is a solid feature. But the stainless steel used is way too thin. And that's an honest assessment.
