I am giving this transaction a 3 star. The bike was put together this weekend but in shipping the top of the forks sustained pretty heavy damage. I don’t like paying allot of money for a damaged product and my son said to not worry about it but I think that I should at least be honest with this review.

Ordered the bike on Saturday and it showed up at my door Wednesday—one day earlier than estimated, which was a nice surprise. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free. I went ahead and applied threadlocker to all metal screws for extra peace of mind, and everything fit perfectly. Packaging was top-notch, super secure and well-protected.Me and my son took it out that same night, and I was honestly shocked by how much power this thing has. Sport mode easily lifts the front wheel even with me on it, and I’m 6’5” and around 180 lbs. It’s way more capable than I expected for a kids’ electric dirt bike.If your kid wants a quality e-dirt bike that doesn’t feel cheap, flimsy, or like a low-end toy from random marketplace sites, this is hands down the one to get. And for the record, I’m a real customer, not some AI or fake review—you can easily tell which ones are fake these days.My only advice: make sure you purchase from the official NEXVEY store to guarantee you’re getting the genuine, well-built product.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with this e-bike. The bike arrived with several scratches, which was frustrating since it was purchased as a birthday gift for my son. More importantly, the throttle is having issues and does not work properly, which is a major concern with an e-bike. Because of the throttle problem and the condition the bike arrived in, I may need to have the entire item replaced or try to fix it on my own. I was really hoping this would be a great birthday surprise for my son, so it’s disappointing to have to deal with these issues right away.

Decent bike but had some scars on the top two red fork bolts and the plug in charger on the side of bike came apart. Open the top and connect direct to the battery to prevent this from happening. It makes me think they send me a bike someone else had used.

My 14 year old son saved up his hard earned money to buy his first bike. He is 5'8" and about 125lbs. And runs like he isnt on it. Did come in a little scratched up feom packing and shipping. But overall a great bike.

Kid loves it and fits him perfect. The styling of the bike is really nice. Great starter bike and good build. Easy to assemble. The seat is comfortable but the charger port on the side can rub your leg so I moved it down lower to remove that issue. The speed is good for beginners and the wheelie assit mode is a nice extra feature to have. Overall I would definitely recommend it to others looking into them for their kid.

The Good: Plenty of Torque hot swappable batteries Wont get your kid hurt with too much speed EXTREMELY GOOD BUILD QUALITY Looks like my $5000 Eride Pitbike size good suspension Wheelie protection mode (so you don't loop out) Actually hits 35mph Good factory grips and bars The Bad: Doesn't come with two batteries so you can ride TWICE as often. The Nervy is a really great first bike if you'r looking for something that your kid can tear it up with, not so fast they'll crash, but plenty of power to get around and looks the best hands down.
