I love this couch so much. The shipping for this couch was scheduled for two weeks but I received the couch one week early. It was super easy to assemble. The couch comes in two pieces connected with a metal interlocking tool. I don’t apply the legs as a have dog who loves hiding balls until the couch 🛋️🫠 The sectional is comfortable and seats three or four people. The media could not be loaded. Okay so I was extremely nervous purchasing this sectional as the reviews are so mixed. My sectional arrived in absolute perfect condition, putting it together was a breeze and it was packaged extremely well. The sectional is sooooo comfortable and does not have a single defect. Everything on this couch minus the frame has zippers and is washable so the two big cushions and all of the pillows have zippers to remove the covers. The couch is very 'overstuffed' but in a luxurious way and the fabric is beyond soft. I have zero complaints so far. I will give this sectional time and update my review in 3 months but the quality is exceptional and I do not see myself having any problems with this sectional. First of all, I absolutely love this couch. It's comfortable, it's perfect size for my one bedroom apartment. The assembly was easy to put together and delivery was smooth. However, the chaise part had a small tear in the back because the zipper part had tore open. We tried to fix the zipper part so that I could take the cover off and be able to throw it in the wash as intended but the zipper broke again after we fixed it. Currently the whole back is tore apart from it and I'm trying to see it to where it will hopefully stay together. For a $1300 couch I don't think this should even be an issue :/ other than that I do love it. ... show more

This couch isn’t worth the $1200 I spent on it. I love the way it looks but it came damaged(packaging was not). Stuff in between the cushions like it’s been used and it does not have a smell but it most certainly doesn’t smell new. The chaise is lumpy and obviously not stuffed with the same material as the other side, which is more firm. I’d b surprised if it lasts 6 months. My couch wasn’t delivered inside my apartment, which is on the second floor. When ordering this couch, there was no way to add where to deliver, setup/installation; etc. but delivery instructions were provided, by me, in the app. My assumption was that entryway delivery meant inside of YOUR residence but it was left downstairs and luckily the maintenance men saved the day by bringing the boxes up, which by the way…. Is a waste of cardboard. It’s furniture. I would love to return but it isn’t worth the hassle so I’ll just have it cleaned and keep it. Highly disappointed. Edit: Also, pre-drilled holes would be nice. Getting the legs on should be easier. Edit: I’ve had this couch less than 2 weeks and the chaise cushion is sunken in. Ridiculous! Went in the app to make a return and it said the sofa must be in original packaging. Now why in the world would anyone keep those big ahh boxes!? I want my money back for this garbage. I really liked the style, color, and size. The chaise is enough for 2 people. I ordered the lighter gray and it was a good medium neutral gray. It fit well in our space and looked great. It had good reviews so I gave it a go. The delivery was pretty easy although I requested an evening delivery and they assigned me a new time that was first thing in the morning. However, it was so lumpy and uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the chaise. It made my neck hurt and felt like I was sinking in while my legs were angled up. The description says it's made of foam but it's only foam on the bottom half of the seat cushion. The top is loose filler/fluff which made it lumpy and shift around. All of the pillows are also loose fluff and the back is very low so there isn't any back support. I'm pretty short so I thought that's why it was so uncomfortable. My husband who is 6 foot tried it and he had the same comments. It looks great but I wouldn't want to sit on it for more than 30 minutes.
