  • I would buy this again and from this company.
This pellet stove is amazing, ours is in our downstairs area but heats the upstairs just as good. Everything about this stove is simple and easy to use. It is extremely quiet and smoke free. You will have to fill it once a day, it runs over 20 hours. I clean mine out about once a day, it does what its supposed to do. ... show more

  • Fantastic heater- Easy!!
This is a solid little heater that throws out tons of heat. We bought this heater to go into our safari glamping tent for our winter guests in the local San Diego "mountains". I bought this stove for the hopper capacity, ease of use and size; thinking that tents are drafty and contain no insulation. I needed something simple that everyone could use and understand. Power "ON".... good to go!!! I have this heater set to "manual low" and the tent gets nice and toasty. We will be putting it through the test this winter and I will talk to our guests at Manzanita Cove to get their feedback as well. So check back for updates! But so far this has been a fantastic little heater! I know I need floor protection... it is still a work in progress. ... show more

  • Great purchase!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my basement and it does not disappoint. *Tip don’t install yourself, I called a good friend of mine in the heating/cooling biz and asked if I could install, he said to hire it done, so I did. This thing works great, looks great, pumps out some great heat, and smell is minimal. I’m very pleased! ... show more

  • Solid, nice looking, reasonably priced stove; but…
Temperature control is off. Set it at 61 degrees (it’s lowest setting) and it still calls for ‘level 3’ heat occasionally even when it’s heated the house to 75d, or even 80d. Sometimes it’s calling just Level 1 heat but it is still too much verses staying in ‘Idle’ state. Don’t know why it is doing this. The ‘Eco mode’ (complete shut downs at a set temperature) is not practical due to being hard on the ignition, having long shutdown cycles, and creating lots of smoke every time it re-fires. This over-calling situation on the standard thermostat mode makes for lots of wasted pellets. On the lowest temperature setting I’m going through more than a 40# high quality bag per a day (last bag lasted 14 hours) and the house is much too warm, even though its in Maine late fall, and an older house. I’m turning the stove off for 10 hours at a time now letting the house go down to low 50s. I would prefer not to be doing this. That all said, the product seems well built and well designed otherwise. And reasonably priced. As for buying through Amazon, box on pallet arrived via FexEx in rough shape. Wasn’t sure I should accept it. Had to hammer back the top plate’s support posts and hammer out both side panels. Still a nominal two inch scratch in white paint on one side panel. ... show more

  • DON’T BUY THIS STOVE!
This stove worked well for only 4 months. Then the high pitched squealing started and the obnoxious grinding noises. We kept this stove extremely cleaned weekly and burned only top grade hardwood pellets. And….try finding someone to service it or try fixing it on your own. Impossible even though their videos make it seem so easy. We are devastated being on a tight income and retired. Still paying this off but we might as well trash it. Update: stove is still making noises and now goes out all the time. We are so at the end of this crappy stove that I feel like crying. Being on a limited income and having a stove like this is awful. Update February 2025: after years of struggling with various problems, our stove has finally been working perfectly. Why? We don’t care. We’re just happy it is. My husband diligently cleans it every day instead of twice a week. That’s the only change we have made. We buy the best pellets and thoroughly clean according to all requirements of the manual. ... show more

  • A great little stove.
I did not want a wood stove because of all the clean up involved. We live where it is very important to have alternative sources of heat. (of course we have generators) This stove has the clean modern designs that fits so well in my cabin. The one Important thing to always do is take off the packaging and inspect the product while the carrier waits. ... show more

  • Great product! Great customer service.
This stove has been great. Puts out good heat, it’s quiet, and The controls are very easy to use. I did have the power switch go bad but the customer service has taken great care of the problem without any hassle.
