  • Perfect little heater for 2 car insulated garage.
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Black
Nice little heater for the money. I have a fully insulated 24x36 pole barn with 8ft ceilings, and it does a great job. I set the temperature on 65 degrees and it keeps the temp at 62 degrees even when the outside temperature is in the 30's. If you have the knowledge and are a DIY just follow the instructions concerning the wiring and breaker size. The heaters small size makes it easy to hang up out of the way. ... show more

  • Great Heater!
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Black
I recently purchased the Comfort Zone Hard-Wired Ceiling Mount Garage Space Heater, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! This heater has truly transformed my garage space into a warm and comfortable area, making it perfect for working on projects year-round. First and foremost, the 7,500-watt power output is impressive! It heats up my large garage quickly and efficiently, even on the coldest days. The fan-forced design ensures that the warmth is evenly distributed, eliminating any cold spots. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the temperature rises, allowing me to get to work without delay. The digital thermostat is a game changer. It allows for precise temperature control, and I love the convenience of the 12-hour timer feature. Whether I’m working late into the evening or just need a quick heat boost, I can easily set it and forget it. Plus, the remote control is incredibly handy — I can adjust the settings without having to leave my workbench! Safety is always a concern when it comes to heating appliances, and Comfort Zone has delivered on that front as well. The overheat protection feature gives me peace of mind, knowing that the heater will shut off if it gets too hot. This is especially important in a garage environment where flammable materials may be present. Installation was straightforward, and the ceiling mount design helps save space on the floor, making my garage feel more open and organized. The sleek, modern look of the heater also adds an aesthetic touch that I appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend the Comfort Zone Hard-Wired Ceiling Mount Garage Space Heater. Its performance, safety features, and convenience make it an excellent investment for anyone looking to heat their garage or workshop efficiently. This heater has made my workspace much more enjoyable, and I’m excited to tackle more projects with a comfortable environment! ... show more

  • Works decent, couple issues for me. Works decent, couple issues for me.
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Gray
Overall this little heater works pretty well. I have it set up in a ~900 square ft garage in MN (so it gets cold). I keep it around 40-50 degrees in the winter and it costs about $20-40 a month using a program through my electric company (costs half of what normal electricity does but they have the ability to shut it off during high power usage times). I have two main issues that bother me woth this unit tho- 1. Like many others have stated, the internal thermostat is trash. I have it set at about 60 right now and my garage actually sits around 40-53°, depending on outside temps. 2. The unit has no internal memory. Since I'm on the off peak hour program with my power company, they can remotely shut the power off to the unit. It normal only happens a couple times a month during the winter, however, every time it turns off I have to manually turn it back on, and then also reset the temp back down to 60. When power is shut off it's not like your normal thermostat where it will restart back up, you manually have to go and hit the power button and reset it back to whatever temp you want. Not the end of the world, but its definitely a nuisance and I would not have bought it knowing that. All in all it works pretty well. It definitely doesn't heat my garage quickly due to the size (4 bay) and the exterior temp (anywhere from -30 to 40° F in the winter), but it keeps it comfortable to work in and my tools warm. I can always turn it up a few hours prior or supplement with propain heat if I need it hot quick. The thermostat isn't a huge deal, you just have to set it a little higher than what you want. Things that could be improved on is the ability to add an external thermostat and a memory function that saves the settings when loss of power. ... show more

  • 7500W heater turns a cold garage very comfortable. Remote is very handy to operate the heater above. 7500W heater turns a cold garage very comfortable. Remote is very handy to operate the heater above.
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Gray
I have a two stall garage for which gets extremely cold in the New England winter. It is not insulated very well too. I just recently installed a 240VAC circuit panel to supply power to a level 2 EV car charger. This gave me the opportunity to use it for this heater as well. When it's 15 degrees, it takes about an hour for the temperature to climb to the mid 60s. It make a trumendous difference when working in the garage. The remote is essential considering the height of the heater up overhead. Install was easy by myself. Wiring was done by an electrician in less than 30 minutes. ... show more

  • I'm impressed by this little heater.
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Gray
I live in a house about the size of a 2 car garage. My gas furnace went out and this was supposed to be a temporary replacement to keep us warm. Scratch that temporary. It's heating my house better than the Gas furnace. Installation is easy, I did have to upgrade a breaker, but that's on me. Quite happy with this little heater that Can. Pretty quiet as well. Small size, and good airflow. Having a remote moperational. easy. ... show more

  • Heater broken and completely losing power, rude and unhelpful customer service.
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Gray
Brand new heater was having an issue running for a few minutes and then completely shutting off for several minutes more. No error codes, no lights, no way to reset it except wait for the red light to return. This is a different symptom than most people here have experienced. Contacted the company and I was given the run around and a list of things to check. They said the fins needed to be straight or it would over heat the heater. Then why are the fins there? Why is that not mentioned in the manual? Why would the fins be there at all? They said the fan needed to be at its tilted position or it would over heat. I'm pretty sure it was designed to be used at all of the available positions and not over heat. Especially when my garage never reaches a temp above 40F. They wanted me to move a sensor for them so it would read better. If that's bee such a big problem why don't they redesign the heaters? If my issue was the same as the other reviewers this may have worked. They obviously did not understand how my issue was different. They wanted me to bring in a licensed electrician to check the wiring and overall circuit. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't run at all if the wiring was messed up. They vaguely asked for pictures of the wiring and their "Engineer" ridiculed the 5mm of exposed wiring at the lugs and the fact the ground wire at the terminal wasn't perfectly looped. Sure I fixed that and of course it made no difference. Nitpicking minor installation issues is not troubleshooting. Also, i'm pretty sure customer service is supposed filter responses from engineers who have no tact. Not with this company apparently. They were both rude and unhelpful. Their engineer never gave any troubleshooting advice. I don't think they have a true engineer with any field experience. I humored this interaction instead of immediately returning it because I usually like to fix things and give companies a chance to redeem their selves. I also enjoyed witnessing a third-rate company in action. If their upfront customer support is this bad I can only imagine how horrible their management is. After being in several different electrical based positions in the automation industry it was a laugh to have people act as if a customer wouldn't know anything. It's a surprisingly small world guys. I eventually gave up on them once it went from funny to sad. I returned it and got a different heater which of course works fine. I have to thank Amazon for their return policy. ... show more

  • Fantastic product!!
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Black
Love the temperature control, and that it came with the remote. I use this to hit my two car garage. Winter time around me can bring temperatures as low as -10. This thing had no trouble keeping my garage above 70

  • Heats quick!!
Size: 7,500-Watt Color: Gray
This thing just works! Beware that this thing will warm areas pretty quickly but you need to have the proper wiring! THAT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. If you do not be prepared to have an electrical fire and quickly. Also prepare yourself for the hit to your electric bill and wallet but it does work quickly. Could blow a bit harder I suppose. ... show more
