Game changer for lateral epicondylitis. This ice pack wrap has been the ticket for me. Easy to put on and take off. Has good compression and holds the cold for the recommended 15 minutes. Very flexible so I can keep working; it helps to reduce inflammation and pain. Definitely recommend this wrap.

These are amazing for those suffering with arthritis or carpal tunnel. The material is soft and the coldness is excellent. The only reason for not a 5 star is the coldness does not last very long. They also look sporty and can be worn in public. They slip on easily.

Love the feel but the chill lasts barely 10 minutes. Not sure if the product can be improved or if this inherent in the design and material. I don't think it lasts enough for recovery or therapy. You'd probably have to use two or three of them, one right after the other.

I just received the Cold Compression Elbow Sleeve by ComfiTECH yesterday, and I am happily wearing it as a type this review. It's comfortable and convenient so I don't have to manage it. It stays on my arm without falling off. I bought with the purpose of icing my tennis elbow issues. Before I was using frozen ice packs and and vegetables wrapped with a Ziploc bag and a towel. Now. there is NO need to do have any of those things because the compression sleeve snuggly stays around my arm. I'm hoping of using this sleeve daily for about the recommended 15-20 minutes time. The soft gel makes it possible to stay cool, and yet it feels flexible and comfortable, since it conforms to the elbow (just as long as you buy the correct size for yourself.) Given that I used to ice my elbow before and I felt like my elbow pain was improving, I'm hoping this should improve and help it to heal faster. Remember that in order to for any injury or soreness to heal...think RICE. Each of the components, Recovery, Ice, Compression and Elevate needs to happen to make the healing happen. ... show more

10/10 would reccommend. Use it for my tennis elbow when it decides to flare. Tones down the pain a good amount. Somehow just aggravated my extensor tendons in my foot because I was spending excess time on my tippy toes (mounting kayak racks to a van). With that said Im using it as a sock to cover the bridge of my foot. Works flawlessly! Dont get old and you wont have to use this! ... show more
