If you’re going to buy a heated, vibrating pad for pain, go ahead and buy a leaded pad that’s versatile. This is good for one thing—a flat surface on your body you don’t need to move. It doesn’t mold to body parts well. Instead, I have a weighted mat that heats and vibrates that wraps around any body part easily.
