BUY THIS! We tried another brand. Hated it. Bought this one. LOVE IT!! It feels and is thick, strong, well made and good quality.. Pump heats well. Holds temp very well.. Just left it uncovered last night for entire night and it was 50 degrees out. When we woke up, it was still at 102 degrees... We had a small issue with the cover. It comes with an inflatable insert that leaked air. In a matter of a 2 minute phone call, they sent us a replacement cover with insert. Fantastic customer service. I dont ever write reviews. This deserved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P.S. to drain it, you just hook a hose up to it. Super simple.

Love it already. Opened the box on Saturday and took my first plunge Sunday morning. It is lovely. Thoughts: Powerful jets. They are loud. You're gonna need ear buds to listen to music. I wish there had been a detailed breakdown of needed chemjcals. I had to do my own research and print out to keep handy. Getting weighted booster seats is a must if you want to keep your hair dry . Good idea to have a sturdy chair to grasp getting out of the tub. The timer is excellent. Saves money so you can turn the tub on only when you're going to use it. I do wish all the writing on the tub cover wasn't there. It's tacky. I will find a way to cover it up.

This was easy to set up, however it has continually leaked air and there are no holes. All fittings did not leak air, not sure why it doesn't work. I have tried all support options, still doest't heat or keep air. The hot tub leaks air and continually error messages, even when it is full of water. It will not heat up or work ant all. I am returning it, it came defective.

I bought this thinking my cheaper one was broken, but my son fixed it. I was torn if I wanted to keep it. I did. And I have 0 regrets. The bubbles are perfect. It feels like a massage. The heat stays at 104 unless I am in it and the bubbles are going. It only drops to 102. The old one I could not have heat and bubbles at the same time, this one i can. The tip cover with the blow up pillow prevents the top from sinking. Hands down, best inflatable yet!!! I set it up my self, quickly.

4 adult people comfortable NO way ! Not at all! Which is fine cuz only need it for 2. Instructions or information not too clear. The timer sucks because you have to reset it everyday it's not auto repeat. My cheap inflatable pool at least has that and that was cheaper than the hot tub. However, just got it, warmed it up about 50 degree weather so it took about 24 hrs to hit 104. The colder outside the longer it will take to hit target temp of 104! Just FYI. Bubbles work good! Put ur water at Minimum when u fill up if 2 people. Temp will go down about 8 degrees in a hour with the Bubbles on. So far so good though! I like it allot!

Easy to set up. Only took overnight to get to temperature. Jets are more powerful than I expected. Then instructions that come with it are poor so I recommend using one of the YouTube videos.

Love our hot tub! He heats up fast and stays very hot! Just me and my husband use it so the size is just fine. Very easy to use! We have not had a problem with air retention at all. Our last one lasted us a few years and this one seems even more durable. The bottom is very padded so very comfortable. Great purchase in my opinion!

Keels throwing code for filter. Have to change it out every week, if that. It’s annoying! The lid deflated within 24 hours. It does keep temp and the bubbles work great. plenty of room and easy go set up. Instructions were hard to make out, but a little common sense.. it was pretty easy.
