This was easy to set up. We don’t realize our plug was not strong enough for this, so after the circuit blew we had to have the electricity lion out. No big deal. It’s a nice hot tub, deep enough for all of us. We’re all under 5’5” so not sure how it would be for tall people. We tried going in it with 4 people, 2 adults, 2 kids. So much of the water spilled out that we had to refill the tub back to the minimum line. Not sure it’s really meant for more than 2 people to be honest. Bubbles are fun, and loud, but relaxing. Love that I can control the temperature so easily so it’s hot enough to be comfortable and not so hot that I have to keep popping up and out of the water. I’m very satisfied with this little hot tub so far.

I Love this hot tub!!! I set it up in my basement so I get in it before I go to bed... it was quick and easy to set up... I did also get a dehumidifier though Colorado is very dry... My whole back and neck are fused and I thought it would be hard to sit so low... I got a couple of hard hot tub seats that I stack and I can sit on those and then lower myself to the floor which is actually soft to sit on! I found the blow up part of the cover made it too hard for me to get on and off so I took it out and I put a bubble pool cover on the water... it Stays at 104 degrees consistently! Definitely worth my money!!! I started to fill it with the hose, but it was too cold so I used my hot water heater... It went to 104 overnight!

This was easy to set up, however it has continually leaked air and there are no holes. All fittings did not leak air, not sure why it doesn't work. I have tried all support options, still doest't heat or keep air. The hot tub leaks air and continually error messages, even when it is full of water. It will not heat up or work ant all. I am returning it, it came defective.

Easy to set up. Only took overnight to get to temperature. Jets are more powerful than I expected. Then instructions that come with it are poor so I recommend using one of the YouTube videos.

4 adult people comfortable NO way ! Not at all! Which is fine cuz only need it for 2. Instructions or information not too clear. The timer sucks because you have to reset it everyday it's not auto repeat. My cheap inflatable pool at least has that and that was cheaper than the hot tub. However, just got it, warmed it up about 50 degree weather so it took about 24 hrs to hit 104. The colder outside the longer it will take to hit target temp of 104! Just FYI. Bubbles work good! Put ur water at Minimum when u fill up if 2 people. Temp will go down about 8 degrees in a hour with the Bubbles on. So far so good though! I like it allot!

Enjoying this little hot tub, its really just for 2 people but it did have a problem with the GFI plug, contacted Bestway as it stated in directions and 3 weeks later have not recieved a call back. We have a electrical contractor next door who found what we needed on Amazon, next day delivery he installed the new plug and its been great ever since. A $12 part fixed our issue.
