Very well designed. Setup was a breeze as the pump is also used to inflate the pool and the cover. Instructions were a little cryptic I but was able to figure it out. The app is very simple and gives full control from anywhere as the tub’s WiFi feature is great. It is very roomy for 1 person, comfortable for 2 people, but any more than that and you may have to get more intimate, as it were. I keep it at 102 and the pain just melts away when I get in. It uses less than 300W of power so my outdoor 120V outlet was more than sufficient. As it uses lower power it does take more time to heat up (up to 10 hrs) but it is worth it as it will cost a lot less energy to run it. This is totally worth the price!

I absolutely love this! Wanted to try a hot tub to see if i wanted to buy a "real one". This one is so great, uses little energy, and the blowers are amazing. Does not have jets because the 110 plug availability but the bubbles do the trick. I have back and feet problems and 10 minutes a night in here and I feel great. Stays at a strong 104, but does take a little while to heat up. Going on about 2 months now with it, and only changed water once recently.

As I said before, almost one month after it was purchased, it started giving us problems. Of course. You can't return it after 30 days. The heater is not working right. It's had air leaks around the vents, everything we've tried to do has now worked.We have researched it and reached out with no help

Had it for over 72 hours. Set up was easy. Manual is different. No words all pictures. Went to our local pool store to get chemicals. Was told we would need to order filters through Coleman. So far it works great. Family loves it. Not able to figure out the app. Not able to find the pump/heater on it. But that’s not the end of the world.

Definitely worth the price, I wasnt expecting much because after all it is a blow up hottub but in new yorks cold spring (45 degrees out) I was in it for a hour and only lost 2 degrees the sides are sturdy enough to sit on. The install was simple with common sense.

I don't do reviews much, but have to say this was worth the buy so far. For the price it's better than most hot tubs I've been in. Comfy and powerful jets. Easy set up too. Only been 4 days so I can't comment on life span. Hoping to get some good long use out of it. I also use the app Bestway (I live in the US) took a handful of try's (you need to pick the correct heater I think it's Aerojet V1 or something like that) but it seems to have a 2nd jet setting on it that I can't find on the base. Definitely worth it !

It’s getting 4 stars because it came with a hole and had to take a lot of time out to contact them to replace the liner. Also if it’s cold it does take a LONG time to heat. However the rest of the hot tub is great! The pump works great so far and the bubble and the perfect pressure. Good size it can fit u to 4 people. It only added about $20 to our water bill to fill it.
