  • Great spa, easy care, comfortable and relaxing
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Gray
So we have had this for a couple months and we absolutely love it. The set up instructions were not the greatest so I turned to you tube but it really was pretty simple once I saw it done. We live the size, it heats up nicely and the bubbles are strong. We compared for a long while before deciding on this one but I have a coworker who has the same spa and she loves hers too so we picked this one and no regrets. ... show more

  • 9/10 Hottub experience for 1/5th the price! Cant beat that value!
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Gray
POV: You’re looking for a budget hot tub. This thing is 10/10 for value. PROS: -1/5th the price of a legit tub and about $2-3K on electrical alone, because it plugs into a regular garage outlet. -Jets are an engineering miracle. Obviously not hyper directed pressure but it definitely gives rolling light massages. -Setup is insanely easy. -Feels like a legit hottub CONS: -Cover off, it loses about a degree every 10 minutes. (But by then time it goes from 104° > 95° you’ve already been in it for a long time). -Filter isn’t super strong so have a net nearby. If you’re on the fence. You won’t be disappointed for the price vs the experience. Gets the job done and again…….its meant to last 3 years you’re essentially paying $200/yr for a hottub. POINTERS: -get a bubble wrap insulator blanket and cut to the shape and lay beneath the actual cover. Mine heated from 55°> 104° in 12 hours. -it says NO EXTENSION CORD, but I had no other option, so I bought a 10 Gauge cord (don’t get anything less). This thing kicks butt!. Do it. ... show more

  • Worked properly for two days.
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Gray
Item arrived and worked for about two days. Since that point it won't power up without faulting and shutting down. The seller offered what amounted to about a 30 percent discount. The only alternative is to repack the whole unit which is quite cumbersome. Im going to take the discount and dispose of the unit. Buyer beware. ... show more

  • Excellent quality and simple setup.
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Black
Very well designed. Setup was a breeze as the pump is also used to inflate the pool and the cover. Instructions were a little cryptic I but was able to figure it out. The app is very simple and gives full control from anywhere as the tub’s WiFi feature is great. It is very roomy for 1 person, comfortable for 2 people, but any more than that and you may have to get more intimate, as it were. I keep it at 102 and the pain just melts away when I get in. It uses less than 300W of power so my outdoor 120V outlet was more than sufficient. As it uses lower power it does take more time to heat up (up to 10 hrs) but it is worth it as it will cost a lot less energy to run it. This is totally worth the price! ... show more

  • A very good purchase
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Black
Wanna leave a review about how much I love my hot tub I purchased it in April. My daughter was kind of skeptical about me buying something else but I think she’s cool now because she sees how much I enjoy it. It is very relaxing. It’s very easy to set up. The water. Temperature was excellent when it was cold weather around April months but I still got out there and went in it and enjoyed it. I would recommend this for anybody that enjoy being in the water I get in here and I do my praise and worship with my Lord in the morning and it just is an awesome thing so enjoy if you decide to get one or if you already still have one I hope you’re using it because I don’t see myself not using mine. Love it. ... show more

  • Ok but not what you expect. Not worth the headache to be honest
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Black
Its a 2.5 star to be honest. I live in Florida, its hot this time of year. In the morning the temp reads 90 degrees. It takes hours to get to 100. The system has a weak pump, it should be twice as strong to circulate water. Placement is bad too. the filter is below the jet. they should be on different sides. You can still route the hose around, don't tell me it can't be done. Also its true what others state, it does not hold air. You'll need to add air every 2-3 days. Anyone saying you don't is ok with the sides bulging. ... show more

  • Replaced "real" tub with is. Looks like it'll work for us at a much cheaper price.
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Gray
I've owned 2 "real" roto mold hot tubs prior to buying this inflatable tub. Each previous hot tub cost about $3000 and lasted about 5 years before developing leaks. The problem with roto mold (one piece) tubs is that it's virtually impossible to get to the plumbing, so once a leak develops it's time to go to the dump. We considered getting another, but after doing a bit of research re inflatable tubs (which, frankly, I had originally dismissed as ridiculous) we decided to give it a shot. As others have said, the owner's manual provides minimal info re setup and operation, but fortunately detailed info and instructions can be found online. In fact, if you go to the "Bestway" site (the manufacturer of this spa) there are links to helpful videos. I was originally concerned that there is no automatic filtering as with "real" hot tubs, which will automatically cycle once or twice a day to filter and keep water from stagnating. However my wife figured out how to set up an auto filter cycle thru the app, so looks like we're good there. She's tech savvy (I'm a caveman) but it took her quite a bit of time and research to figure out how to set up and use the app to program it to cycle daily. Seems to be working fine now. The inflatable cover seems to do a good job of keeping the water from losing heat. Of course, we live in AZ so it remains to be seen if that will still be the case during the cooler winter months. But...I find the cover to be very awkward to remove and put back in place, so I'm trying to develop a way to make that work better for us. Bottom line...looks like it'll work for us. We shall see... ... show more

  • Yes, you need this.
Size: Energy Efficient 2.0 Color: Gray
I absolutely love this! Wanted to try a hot tub to see if i wanted to buy a "real one". This one is so great, uses little energy, and the blowers are amazing. Does not have jets because the 110 plug availability but the bubbles do the trick. I have back and feet problems and 10 minutes a night in here and I feel great. Stays at a strong 104, but does take a little while to heat up. Going on about 2 months now with it, and only changed water once recently. ... show more
