we’re amazon vine reviewers, so we have a LOT of things come through our house from amazon, and there are plenty of products we’ve ended up loving. but this is something we actually spent our own money on, and i genuinely cannot say enough good things about it. setup was really easy. my husband handled most of it and said the connections and couplers were straightforward. the included instructions were fine, although he found watching a quick youtube setup video even easier. the bubbles are better than i expected too. this does NOT have actual massage jets. there’s a ring around the inside bottom edge that pushes out air and creates bubbles all the way around you. if you put your back against it, there’s enough vibration and pressure to give you a little massage. my husband says it’s plenty of massage for an inflatable hot tub, and i agree. it’s not going to beat you up like actual spa jets, but it feels really nice. one little maintenance thing we’ve noticed is that some debris tends to collect around that interior ring where the bubbles come out. it’s easy enough to clean and not a big deal, but worth mentioning. i’ve also seen complaints about these inflatable tubs “not staying inflated,” and i think there’s an important distinction between actually losing air and the material relaxing/stretching. ours has NOT developed a hole. after use, temperature changes, people leaning or sitting against it, and especially being outside in the florida heat, sometimes the sides just feel a little softer. topping it off is ridiculously easy. the same unit that creates the bubbles connects to the included hose, and the hose connects to the tub so you can add a little more air. it takes basically no effort. and as a plus-size woman pushing 300 lbs, i specifically want to mention how sturdy this thing feels. i can sit on the edge of it. every time my husband sees me do it he looks at me like i’m about to catastrophically pop the entire hot tub, but so far i remain undefeated. it feels MUCH sturdier than i expected from an inflatable spa. our cat has even gotten on top of it while it was covered, which initially scared the hell out of us because claws + inflatable hot tub sounds like a terrible combination. thankfully, the material feels surprisingly thick and durable. we keep the cover inflated and buckle it down, and it stays securely in place. we’ve basically built our little backyard setup around this thing. we have it under a 12x12 canopy with mosquito netting, fairy lights, mosquito control, and a little color-changing light in the water. we’re currently redoing our patio and don’t even have much permanent furniture or surface space back here, so we dragged a couple folding tables outside and made it work. somehow this inflatable hot tub turned a pretty basic patio into our own little backyard resort. we also keep a little foot bath beside it so we can rinse our feet before getting in, which makes a HUGE difference in how much dirt and debris ends up in the water. we bought a little handheld skimmer net too, and honestly that thing has been amazing. every now and then we just skim out whatever has made its way into the water instead of expecting the filter to catch absolutely everything. maintaining the water has been way less intimidating than i expected. we use an electronic pH meter along with test strips, keep up with the chemicals, skim it regularly, and change the filter when it needs it. especially after we’ve had several people in the tub, putting in a fresh filter can make a really noticeable difference in how clear the water looks. between the foot bath, skimmer net, and keeping up with the filters, we’ve been able to keep the water looking really nice without it feeling like a full-time job. replacement filters aren’t ridiculously expensive either. as far as the “4-6 person” capacity goes, i’d personally call it an extremely comfortable 2-person tub and a perfectly reasonable 3-4 person tub. six adults technically might fit, but unless you’re hosting an orgy, i cannot imagine why you’d want six people in here together. the water gets plenty hot, the bubbles feel great, it’s comfortable, upkeep is manageable, and we use it constantly. we genuinely weren’t sure if an inflatable hot tub was going to work for us or if it would end up being one of those purchases that sounds better than it actually is. instead, we’ve made this whole little patio space around it and have had some of the best nights just hanging out together in our backyard. for what we paid compared with the cost and commitment of a permanent hot tub, this thing has been fantastic. we’ve reviewed a ton of products from amazon, but ironically, one of our absolute favorite things is something we went out and bought ourselves. 5 stars, absolutely.

I absolutely love this hot tub. This is actually the second one I’ve ordered, which says a lot about how much I like it. It’s comfortable, easy to set up and use, and a great way to relax at home. I’ve been very happy with both purchases and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, enjoyable inflatable hot tub.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big Bang for Your Buck — Great Customer Service! I absolutely love this hot tub! For the price, I feel like you get a big bang for your buck. I did have an issue with the outer liner repeatedly deflating, which was disappointing at first. However, customer service really came through for me. They ordered a replacement liner and shipped it right out, so the problem was taken care of quickly. Between how much I enjoy the hot tub and the excellent customer service when I had an issue, I’m very happy with my purchase. Great value and great customer service!

So far so good!! Just be ready to let temp come up tho. It will take almost 24 hrs if’s set at 100°. Works very well. Very easy set up and took me about 15 mins to get everything ready to fill with water. And the air jets work very well. Highly recommend this product if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars for pretty much the same thing. Highly durable as well

It’s getting 4 stars because it came with a hole and had to take a lot of time out to contact them to replace the liner. Also if it’s cold it does take a LONG time to heat. However the rest of the hot tub is great! The pump works great so far and the bubble and the perfect pressure. Good size it can fit u to 4 people. It only added about $20 to our water bill to fill it.

Wanna leave a review about how much I love my hot tub I purchased it in April. My daughter was kind of skeptical about me buying something else but I think she’s cool now because she sees how much I enjoy it. It is very relaxing. It’s very easy to set up. The water. Temperature was excellent when it was cold weather around April months but I still got out there and went in it and enjoyed it. I would recommend this for anybody that enjoy being in the water I get in here and I do my praise and worship with my Lord in the morning and it just is an awesome thing so enjoy if you decide to get one or if you already still have one I hope you’re using it because I don’t see myself not using mine. Love it.

So disappointed. I have tried and tried to get a replacement. The machine does not work for more than a few minutes at a time. I’ve had an electrician to my home to make sure the electrical outlets are working properly. The pump shuts off and shorts out constantly. Have you ever tried to repackage a box like this to take back to UPS. I would have loved to say it was wonderful. The “pool” itself feels solid but the filtration and heat has been a huge disappointment. I cannot seem to get a response from the company or reach anyone in customer support.
