  • All the models look very similar to me
We have only had this for a few weeks but have been very happy with it. There are so many different models and names and the pictures don't always match but basically they are all the same in my opinion. (the pic for this shows a CONE-like heating unit and mine was square. Not an issue at all for me just saying. Also the package it came in says 120 air jets not the 60 this add has. again, no biggy just like it when I know exactly what I am getting. So, it feels great. At 104 it feels so good getting in there and the bubbles do an EXCELLECT job. Sure they aren't MASSAGE JETS on a 50 amp unit for $8,000 - $20,000 units but we wanted to do a test run to see if we liked a tub and would use it. Also, had an electrician in and he said no way we are running a 'BIG' hardwired hot tub in my unit. Doesn't have the amps to do it so a plug and play is our only option here. Thought we would try one for a few 100 first and then when this baby dies on us we will know if we go for a hard-case plug-and-play. The top loses its air firmness a bit too quickly but the base unit has held the air well and it feels 'solid' getting in and out using the sides. The heating unit is easy to understand and use. I have been in it quite a bit and really enjoy it. There will be other things I recommend buying but even with all those extras (thermal cover, air hammer air pump, foam mat, chemicals, filters, etc.) we still have not hit $1000 yet. A great spa for the price in our opinion. if it would only last us a year it was worth it as a test but I have read some blogs where people have had it for 3 years. Time will tell! Great spa, get it and have soak! ... show more

  • Exceeded my expectations!!!
This is my third season using the 2-4 person Saluspa hot tub. It is wonderful! We put it up outside under our backyard deck in April (live in PA) and take it down late September. It is easy to set up and take apart. Chemicals are easy to manage. I bought everything on Amazon after some quick reading to educate myself. It is simple. This is the perfect size for my husband and I. We can stretch out. Three people would be crowded and a fourth wouldn’t be comfortable unless they are both children. Yes it needs a few hours to heat up but when it reaches 104 (max temp) it is wonderful. I love taking a dip in the summer. I adjust temp to 88-90 degrees. Love the bubbles! I have not replaced a thing and it is in excellent shape. Just buy it! You will be so glad that you did! ... show more

  • Pump heater
I enjoyed it while it lasted… Developed the EO2 code. Followed the exact directions on how to try to alleviate it. However, I’ve gotten the code consistently after I followed their cleaning instructions. By the way, I almost replaced the filter every day or at least several times a week as I’m the only one that uses my tub. I’m seeing a lot of YouTube videos about ongoing issues with this pump heater system. I’m trying to reach out to the exact manufacturer about a new pump, however, I don’t wanna have the same problems 2 to 6 months down the road and waste $300 on a new pump heater. ... show more

  • Enjoyed for 4 months while it was working
The hot tub was nice up until a couple days ago. We went to get in and there was almost no water. When I checked it I discovered that when the pump is running it leaks water out of the bottom of the heater. I place d a warranty claim and I am waiting to hear if they make good and replace it. I placed it in service in April of this year and got 4 months use before this. I hope they take care of this and support their product so we can get back to using our hot tub. UPDATE: Company is replacing the pump. Hopefully it lasts longer. Very pleased with customer service. Changed to 4 stars in hopes the new pump lasts longer. ... show more

  • Awesome hot tub
I was skeptical to buy a blow up hot tub!! This thing blows my mind. Very sturdy, great jet power for bubbles.!! Very nice inexpensive way to get a little hot tub to relax in. Very happy with this. Extremely easy set up. Took all of 20 minutes. Not including water fill of course.

  • Great alternative to spending 5000
Great hot tub. Second saluspa purchase in three years. First one was, perfect a year, then during winter storage in a cold shed (my fault but no alternative) last year I was chasing more holes than I could keep up with... so tossed in fall and got a new. Still more economical than a traditional hot tub. If I had room to store in temperature controlled area, the winters wouldn't be so destructive. Love these spas !! ... show more

  • Cheap and lots of hassle to get it to work
Bought this a year ago: its definitely a learning curve to set up. We live in PA: I see a lot of people use this in the summer which I don't understand. I bought it for the sole purpose of surviving our miserably cold winters. You should probably set it up outside, due to the risk of humidity and mold anywhere indoors, and ease of draining it. Here's the problem with that: it shuts off and gives you and error if the wind blows wrong. You need an extension chord with a grounder, you cannot set it up if it's below 40 degrees outside, the filter has to work perfectly (which it never does) and here's the icing on the cake: after deflating it and moving houses it now has multiple tiny holes. I thought I found them all and patched up the obvious ones hissing air, but no matter what I do it still deflates after a day or two. So now I have to unscrew the air hose that blows bubbles and refill it with air every couple of days. It will definitely increase your electric bill and water bill. I bought a 10x10 tent to put over top to help keep it warmer and cleaner but still have to buy water treatment chemicals and the stupid filters that get dirty in a day. Overall I guess it's ok if you've got lots of free time to figure out what the heck it's screaming about every few days. The price is great, but you get what you paid for. ... show more
