I purchased the Cobbe HD heavy duty high output shower head, and it’s been a great upgrade. Installation was quick and easy, and it fit perfectly with my existing shower arm. The water pressure is noticeably stronger and more consistent than my previous shower head. It provides a full, even spray that makes showers much more enjoyable. I also like that it feels well built and durable, not flimsy. The design is simple and clean, and it works exactly as advertised. After regular use, it’s still performing very well with no leaks or issues. Overall, this shower head delivers great pressure and solid quality. Easy to install, reliable, and a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Man I guess I got lucky with my last one that lasted three years. I moved and forgot my other one. Anyway yeah the shower is only used once a week (not home live elsewhere mostly) MAX and 2 months later I turned on the water and the base was splashing water everywhere so I went to screw it tighter and it just popped off. I have long thick hair and didn’t notice any difference but I did move to Oklahoma and I tested the water and it’s almost toxic it’s so bad. This is very cheap but you pay more in the long run with replacing it I guess. Super easy to screw on if you have parts that fit.

Purchased for our home and used for about a month and definitely noticed a difference in my hair and skin from our hard water. But, after a month of use the attachment portion to the shower head broke. I reached out to their customer service with photos and my receipt and explained the situation. They were super nice and sent a replacement. Will definitely be purchasing again.

noticed a real difference in my water quality after installing this shower filter. The water feels much softer now and not as harsh as before, especially compared to the hard water I was dealing with. My skin feels less dry after showering, and my hair feels smoother overall. Installation was quick and easy, and the filter feels solid and well-built. Water pressure stayed strong, which was important to me because I didn’t want a filter that reduced flow. It’s been working consistently so far without any leaks or issues. Overall, this is a solid shower filter that actually makes a difference with hard water. I’m giving four stars because it does what it claims and improves water feel, but long-term performance will matter over time. I have hard water with lots of iron. This helps my colored treated hair last so much longer and I haven’t had to wash my hair as much since i installed. Easy to install and doesn’t negatively impact water output. There is no smell and makes your skin feel soft.

First a llittle history - I had another more expensive fiter (with Pod in the name), and that filter failed after a year of use. It was metal in construction, so it didn't fail at the spigot joint - it failed at the threaded juction for the two halfs. It would pop apart and spray waterall over the bathroom if I turned the water on too fast. I eventually used a large metal hose clamp to hold the two halfs together so I could use up the extra fiters I bought for it. After the filters were used up, I threw it out. Then I replaced it with aCobbe brand fillter. I had purchased two of the earlier versions of the Cobbe shower filters. Unfortunately neither one lasted a month before they broke. So, you would be asking, why I would I trust this brand again? Because I had purchased a box of extra filters, expecting to change the filters out. That box of filters has been sitting around for about a year. I didn't want to throw them out and waste the money I spent. Both filter housings had broken by fracturing at the threaded end becausse they weren't built thick enough or strong enough to hadlle the stress of a shower head attached to the outlet end. That stress was amplified by the fact that I had a handheld shower head attached to mine. My filter broke first, but two weeks later the second Cobbe filter also broke. So, I got an ideal while taking a shower. Why not attach the filter dirrectly to the handheld shower handle insteaad of the spigot coming out of thhe wall? So I ordered anoorrher of the Cobbe brand to ensure that the filters I had on hand would fit. When I got the new filter, I couud immediately feel a difference in weight. Seems improved over previous version. I think the new filter housing is much thicker than in prvious design - probably because of consumer feed back on breakage. But, I still dont trust it, so thus, you see how I have mounted it. So far it is holding up after a week, and hopefully it will last so that I can get my money's worth out of the filters I have on hand. If you buy one and attach it to the spigot and then attach your showerhead, I can not vouch for it's longivity. These fiilters are cheap enough that it might be worth the risk of mounting it that way. I can attest to the effectiveness of the filter - it has improved my dry itchy skin from all the chemicals in the water being removed - which is why I bouught a shower filter in the first place.

My boyfriend installed the water softener and said it was very quick and easy. The water was so soft I kept rinsing off thinking there was still body wash on my skin but it was how soft my skin felt using this water filter. I highly recommend if you have hard water like we do in Nevada. I still need lotion cause we are in the desert but not as much as before. You will see and feel a definite change in your skin. Now I need one for my bathtub faucet ! 😀
