Works Well
Color: Matte Black (Filtered Water)
The instructions in the box didn’t help with installation nor the video link they provided. Had to call my dad to install it for me, but other than that it works wonderfully! The stretching of the head helps with cleaning the shower! I love the different modes of the head and how easy it is to use.

Excellent pressure!
Color: Brushed Nickel (Filtered Water)
I found the perfect setting that delivers just the right amount of pressure. This is the third shower head I tried in the past year and third time’s a charm!

Almost Perfect
Color: Matte Black (Filtered Water)
This is a really good shower head. Multiple different settings and the mount/release function works quite well! I just wish it had a button/switch to turn the water on and off rather than having to twist the head through all the different modes to have the water off while you soap up... Other than that it's great!

This shower head is awesome.
Color: Matte Black (Filtered Water)
This shower head is great. I know there are a lot of complaints of it leaking and being wobbly, but I found the solution to that issue. You can't tighten it like a normal shower head. You have to use a wrench and tighten it until the leaking stops and the wiggle in the head it gone. If yours is leaking it just may be human error.

FRAGILE! Broke Within 40 Days. Bought Replacement that is missing pieces.
Color: Matte Black (Filtered Water)
I originally bought the Chrome version on August 10th. It is September 20th today. It came in a sealed box with extra rubber gaskets, a small thing of teflon tape (which was necessary because it leaked at first), and a flow restrictor I could install. I dropped the handle while showering and the plastic socket where the hose connects to the pipe popped out- broken and irreparable. This thing is great with water flow and options but SUPER fragile. So, I don't have a shower head- I need to go to work TODAY. I ordered the cheapest version they have - the black finish and it arrives overnight. The box was unsealed and open. It's missing the teflon tape, the gaskets, and the bag of parts that the other one came with. Yikes. But, I need to shower before work, so I install it using the leftover teflon tape from the first one- no leaks (as long as you use the tape!) - but I would have been really upset to get this without the necessary parts and flow restrictor (which I yanked out of the old broken one). Again, the shower head itself did not break when dropped (it didn't hit anything) - but it pulled out the plastic pipe inside the main hose connector that connects the unit to the wall. It seemed very cheaply glued in place and can't be fixed unless I want to try adding my own glue (which I do not). I cannot believe how easily this broke.
