I like this shower heads hard to install but we finally got it installed. We were not able to tighten entropy stop leaking. We kept it bc my other shower head was nasty and time to be replaced. But the water comes true strong the difference water flows is wonder. Easy to use attached or detached. I think I can tell improvement in the water quality, my skin doesn’t seem as dry as before. This shower head is great. I know there are a lot of complaints of it leaking and being wobbly, but I found the solution to that issue. You can't tighten it like a normal shower head. You have to use a wrench and tighten it until the leaking stops and the wiggle in the head it gone. If yours is leaking it just may be human error. ... show more

I just wish it had a button/switch to turn the water on and off rather than having to twist the head through all the different modes to have the water off while you soap up...
