I really enjoy this shower head. Installation was super simple. I installed it in 10 minutes. The quality of the shower head is amazing and has multiple different adjustments on the handheld head. I got the black color and it looks so aesthetic! It has no leaks and literally runs so great. I want to buy one for my guest bathroom now. Absolutely no leaking. The handheld head also makes it SUPER EASY to clean my shower! This was my main reason in purchasing this! No more filling up cups to clean my walls and get in between cracks and crevices. My only complaint is that I wish the main shower head extends out further.. I have a walk in shower so I wish it was possible to have the head out further without having the head at tilted angle. But that doesn’t stop me from enjoying this product. Also, wish it came with extra sticky adhesives. It’s been only 2 months and the adhesive just fell off my wall. Still nothing I really care about. I’ll just have to buy another adhesive. Overall, this product is great! Functions well, I feel like the size doesn’t do pictures justice, and gives me a relaxing feel!

This works so well. It looks good and seems very heavy duty. Make sure you use the included Teflon tape other wise it will leak just take your time check your fittings, and dont over tighten stuff. The rain flow head will transform your common shower into a relaxing place. Love that if you want more water pressure you can use the included handheld shower head.

First I want to say that this product is, at first test, fantastic! I received this product within the day, the shipping was fantastic. When I got the package I immediately noticed that it had some weight too it. That's a good thing for me. Being I was working, it took a day for me to get to a point where I could install it, but when I did. WOW. The quality of the product is super great. The hose itself made most of the hoses I've bought at Walmart seem like toys. The hose is super flexible as well. The rubber nozzles in the rainfall head felt of high quality as well, and even came with extras. The installation was super easy following the instructions and only took like 5 minutes to get it connected. I will note here, which is why it's only 4 stars, is that on the 12" extension arm the end of the arm where it should adjust (at the 3 way diverter) is stuck as if it was glued or maybe welded. The butterfly nut was even off at one point, and still the arm would not move. I recommend Cobbe take a look into their manufacturing process (or whomever they source that too) and make sure this isn't done for future customers. I was not able to get in contact with Cobbe directly, but I was able to get assistance from Amazon in obtaining a replacement arm via a total product replacement. I will update this review pending replacement. After installation, I ran the water to find that there were no leaks. So, of course I had to test... The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and I tremendously enjoyed it, and the hand-held shower head's 9 settings were each fantastic. I switched form a normal handheld bought from Walmart (which we've had for YEARS) to this rainfall combination product and I'm SO glad I did. All in all, the shower was amazing, even though there wasn't super pressure, but my location's pressure itself is sufficient for what I like. But so far, this product is amazing and I love the quality, the feel of the rainfall like water and I love being able to stand under the water as opposed to in front of water at an angle. Super amazing, super loving it.

I love this shower head. It was well packaged, and was easy to install. Comes with silicone tape for connecting to the main spout. Love the solid metal build. Had it installed in 10 - 15 minutes, and no leaks at connection points. Turned the water up, and voila - a nice rain shower affect. I noted a few complained about the water pressure of the main head, but on mine - it was great. It may depend on the pressure of your water lines, but for me - the pressure and water stream was great. Great pressure on the wand too, even with both engaged. I like the smooth operation of the water diverter valve, it moves easily and smoothly. Also appreciate the geared joints, which keeps adjustments locked in place. A very sturdy and well built shower head - that I would readily recommend to others.
