This is my first e-bike purchase so this is a first impression review. Assembly was a snap. I needed to put the front brake caliper on, peddles, and air up the tires, attach the headlight and put the seat on. It comes with a very handy tool set. No need to have your own. It will cruise at around 20mph with no assistance for a good hour+on city streets. My longest ride to date is 37 miles which was a combination city and gravel roads I had plenty of battery left when i returned home but unassisted speed had fallen to around 10mph. This bike is stated to be a mountain bike I dont think it is qualified to be called that. Maybe a enduro is more suited. I only have 2 cons for this bike. 1 is the seat, it is useless for me however i purchased a very nice replacement fo $20. 2 is the brakes, the front brakes adjusted very well and are fine. The back brakes are another story, I have yet to be able to adjust them to my satisfaction. Overall for me this bike was a good purchase as a beginner in the ebike field. Is it the only one i will purchase, NO. I will be upgrading to a more robust and larger 500w bike in the future. However this bike is worth the price for a suburban cruiser. And performs ok on hard surface trails. Packed earth gravel etc. ... show more

Front wheel out of alighnment and the bike will not stand stable on kick stand without turning the handlebars and front wheel to extreme right. Rear gear chain wheels unable to securely hold chain and impossible to secure supplied saddle seat steel post without it moving from side to side. Most of these can be adjusted but it will mean an expensive visit to a bike repair store. The battery is held in a bag at handlebars and extremely difficult to remove and reinstall to prevent theft when bike is unattended . Definitely would not recommend this as an Ebike given the multiple issues faced. Very heavy bike! Seller no longer selling this item which is no big surprise! Next time I will spend more and save a lot of headache! All parts are cheap made easily broken battery life very limited and this bike is essentially a regular heavy bike . If it was not for the 21 gears it would be almost entirely unusable due to its massive weight 58 pounds plus whatever is necessary to attach to it.. I have changed out the original air tubes for puncture proof foam inserts as a flat rear tire would be impossible to fix outdoors while using this bike. The 21 gear shifts are misaligned and the seat continues to move from side to side even after replacing the saddle seat and seat post. It is an economy priced bike and a much lighter better made better components non electric bike would have been a far better option ,had I known this at time of purchase! Definitely not a great quality ebike which I am now stuck with for good or bad!! Also there is no indication of how to turn on the front light for night riding and adjusting the preset factory settings is complicated with no explanation as to how to perform factory presets adjustments. Given all these negative issues it is lucky to receive 1 star. Tires are useless 2 many flat tires have installed green slime inner tubes in the hope that this might help? ... show more

I only have this bike one day. This is my initial review. I have two key issues that need the seller to resolve. 1. Missing both front and back wheel mud covers shows in the product picture on the Amazon site. See attached picture. Missing parts have red arrow points to it. 2. The wire bundle is a mess right next to the control box. The product picture on the Amazon site shows a much cleaner wire management. See attached picture. 3. The bike arrived with damage (about 2 inches hole) at one side of the shipping box. Damage was observed on the back wheel screw but not bad enough for the nut on the screw to not turn. See attached picture. 4. It took me about 1 hour to assemble the bike. The assembly instruction that comes with the bike is confusing and useless. I can't use it. 5. The tools that come with the bike has built with soft metal and are very easily damaged. I have to use my tools to assemble the bike. ... show more

As others have said, the instructions are pretty awful, including directions for a different bike altogether, and getting the brakes on correctly was a chore to do without good instructions. But, I was able to figure it out. Customer support was top notch. I had delivery issues on the battery arriving, and one of the tires came flat, but they were very helpful in getting that resolved for me through Amazon. Got my battery and a new tire within a few days. Overall, the bike works well. I go up hills in California all day, and it can usually get me where I'm looking to go up to about a 40⁰ incline with the assist. It was definitely worth it for me! ... show more

Since I've had the bike I have had to replace both the Petals as they both broke! The gears on the bike are not working property. The inner tube on the tire popped already and had to replace a faulty break pad. The battery life last about an hour and nonthing passed that. Also the frame of the bike was delivered bent which causes the bike petals to hit the grown. I am extremely disappointed with this product and when I tried to return it or reached out to the seller there is no response and it is 6 days pass the time allotted to return it. I thought it was me and took it to the bike shop where the owner told me it's the worst ebike he has seen. I would like to think I just got a lemon, but I don't think all this issues should occur on a bike that is less then 5 weeks old. I hope someone would reach out about this.
