This chair looked good and very well priced, so when my daughter was sent to work from home (she works for a vision insurance call center) we needed one. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, starting with the box and packaging. Assembly Is as simple as any other, made easier since I have all the tips for my cordless drill so I don't have to waste time with the included Allen key. The hardware include spares and assembly took me less than an hour. The chair itself is wide and comfortable with a plusher and thicker seat cushion than I expected, it has mild lumbar support, a head rest and a wide back as well. The mesh material makes it very cool, no sweating here, and the arms are not only height adjustable not also rotate up if you need them to (usually you get one or the other). The wheels are standard and typical but if you can always upgrade them if you want. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase and for this price, I highly recommend it. ... show more

I’ve been using this chair for a week and it’s honestly really good. I also have a premium ergonomic chair that costs about three times more, and the overall comfort and support feel pretty similar. The back support and seat cushion are firm and comfortable, and the mesh is nice and breathable. I can sit for long hours working or reading without any soreness. The adjustable headrest and armrests work well, and the whole chair feels sturdy. If no one told me the price, I’d probably think this is in the same category as the expensive one. I was actually going to return the chair as I reconsidered my needs although when I went to start the return, the seller wanted over $80 for the return. Obviously, I did not complete the return and went to putting it together. Was easy to put together and I did not need any of my own tools. It did not take long at all. Nothing at all complicated. I work at home and have 2 different places I work. I put this chair in my upper level to sit at a window and be able to see out the window as I am working as I have an electronic desk that raises and lowers. The height is perfect for that although I have not worked upstairs yet. I anticipate doing so this coming week. For the small amount of time I have sat in it, it does appear to be comfortable. The lever doesn't work that great to raise it unless I am sitting in it. Which I think is standard for most office chairs, not sure. The round foot bar you rest your feet on can hurt your feet if you do not have anything on your feet when raising the chair. It is hard to move around in the chair when it is raised. Which is obvious as my feet do not touch the floor. Wish it could go a little lower. Then I could get rid of the other chair I have in same room sitting at another desk. There is a little compartment in the back of the chair. I put my spare hardware, Allen wrench and directions in a baggie and put it in the compartment in case I ever need it. Overall, for the price, it really isn't a bad chair. Now for the time test. Hopefully it holds up and the ball bearings do their job considering the reason I got this chair (for the height). The chair feels a good quality. It’s stable and substantial and I feel safe when I sit in it as I’m disabled and a little on the fluffy side but the arms that flip up although they work well are very short so when you flip them down, they really don’t give you any support or anything that you can use to stand with or support yourself in sitting down so in retrospect if I needed to purchase another chair, I would not purchase this one and if you need support to stand up or to sit down, I would not recommend this chair as the arms are not stable for that ... show more
