I absolutely love this vacuum I think it is my favorite I've ever had it's not too heavy it sucks very well gets up the fine sand.. the mini vacuum wasn't too good it did pick up some dirt but not like the big vacuum

I use it on very short, compact carpet. The hand vac is great for quick cleanups. We didn't have a vacuum for nearly a year so there was a lot of build up. I took the hand vac to the curtains to remove cat hair that had stuck to them. It didn't clean away the hair completely, but it got nearly all of it and they look a lot better than they did prior. What remains can be cleaned up with a lint roller. Despite our place not being very big, I had to empty the upright vac twice before I finished. Our old vacuum (before it died a horrible, melted belt related death) barely picked up anything. It threw litter around and some stuff I was lucky to pick up at all. This new vacuum sucked up a penny like it was nothing and nearly everything in the tank was dust! The little brush attachment worked great for getting the thresholds between rooms, the slots for the sliding closet doors, and where the carpet is too frayed for the vacuum.

I purchased this vacuum set for our office as I was tired of bringing my expensive Dyson's in and having other people use them knocking into furniture. I was pleasantly surprised by the suction of the upright and so far it has performed very well. The only concern I have is its really easy to pull the power cord out too far. The upright is not good for stairs unless you only have a couple (we have 17). The handheld unit is OK for suction. It really holds a charge!

I cannot say enough good things. I bought the set so I have the hand held and the regular. All the pet hair that they suck up is incredible. My cat towers look bran new. My couches look new. My carpet....I knew there was hair left behind after I vacuumed up normally. But oh my goodness. Not anynore!! We have 2 cats and a huge pup that leave hair everywhere. This was the best purchase 🙌❤

Powerful enough for animal hair and debris from carpet cleaning. The hand held vacuum isn't as powerful enough for pet hair on couch/small carpet, but works well on flat surface. Bristles on hand-held vacuum doesn't do much to losen pet hair.

Bought this after reading and researching for months. The vacuum works well and has good suction but the cord is not long enough. Needs another 15 feet of cord at least. I get tired of having to stop and unplug the vacuum the plug it in elsewhere while I'm cleaning. I'm not happy at all with the tools it comes with. You get no extension length so there's no chance of being able to clean around the ceiling or crown molding, and guess what? The millions of other hoses and wands I have from a lifetime of vacuums do not fit THIS vacuum. I do like the push-button cord retractor, which has worked fine every single time I've used it. The small pet vacuum that came with the large vacuum is AWESOME. I use it to vacuum upholstery and to clean up around the litter box and that thing works like a champ. The only vacuum I've ever used that picked up cat hair from furniture, amazing.
