Amazing product! Clairol Root Touch-Up Permanent Hair Color - 5 Medium Brown is a perfect match for Clairol Nice'n Easy Perfect 10 Permanent Hair Color, 6 Light Brown (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001E95GVE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1). For reference, my natural hair is dark brown and at this point, I only need to touch up my roots. I have long, thick, voluminous hair and this product is more than enough to cover the few grays I have. Covered is great but I do wait 20 minutes instead of the recommended 10 before washing my hair, just in case.     • If you are "touching up" grey choose the darker colors.

I love this product for its super fast development time (10 minutes). It is really great for virgin hair. But if you are covering grey you need to choose darker colors otherwise you are looking at bright orange ("Carrot Top style if you choose the medium browns) or no difference at all (if you choose the blonde colors). I use the 4 and 5 ranges. Sometimes I blend them and they look fantastic. I don't know how natural blondes use this and see realistic results. ... show more

Love this. Don’t need to go to parlor every month now that I am coloring my roots in between. Last like a month before I could see white is my hair roots. I got highlights but it wasnt noticeable that I am coloring my hair roots. Highly recommended.
