My first time to buy or use this product . Lavender Ice was written on the box . The tube inside I assumed was the same . I wanted to brighten my gray, but ended up with Carmel with light gray throughout. My hair was 85% gray and I had been working on going totally gray since May 2018. I’m so upset about it but don’t want to do anything else to cause damage. So disappointed in and highly recommend double checking your product before sending it out. Especially something like hair color. If I would have been a regular user I would have noticed the tube being different, but like I said first time for me.
