Almost perfect, but this in conjunction with the net, sometimes gives issues in that the balls will get stuck and not roll through the loop. Also you can't install the top/last piece of the loop or else the net won't work. This is extremely loud, much louder than any regular ball machine that i can think of. Hopefully in future iterations, it can shoot balls side to side and up to down, instead of just one angle, one direction, and only 1 speed.

Good for intro level. Not a lot of options, doesn’t hold a lot of balls, no remote function so you flip the switch and have to run to hit. I’d save the money and buy a machine with more options.

I purchased this ball machine 6 month ago to practice hitting pickle ball at home. Used maybe once a week. Today when I turned it on, it launched couple of balls and suddenly stopped. Checked on connection, unplugged, turned on and off… the turning feature is still working, but couldn’t get ball launcher work. Looks like it’s dead!!! Do not recommend this product. Update: After my initial disappointment with the product, the seller saw my review and reached out to me. Whitney, their customer representative, contacted me and offered a replacement. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. They promptly sent a new item, which works perfectly, and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them—and this seller, especially Whitney, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Not intense launch or speed but still good enough for dinks, drives, grip, intentionality. Was easy to assemble and is supposed to be portable but I only use it in the basement as it fiends seem super sturdy.
