I used this to take out the color in my hair so that I may re-dye the purple my hair usually is. I do have the under cut, but it extremely high, so I only had to to the top part. That hair is down just past my shoulders. My hair is fine, I just have a lot of it. Using 1 package was just not enough, and my roots stayed the natural color. I had never used this before, or I would have ordered double. I will be ordering double the next time I order. It stripped most of the purple color, and I know next time with double the amount I will be ordering that it will remove everything. I did use the 20 because I know that if I had used stronger, I would have seriously would have damage my hair (thanks Brad Mondo!!). I definitely recommend this product, just make sure to read up, watch bleaching videos on youtube, or ask a beautician you may know about bleaching you hair if you've never bleached before. ... show more

Love some BW2. With this package I used the whole pack of bleach on one unit and the developer (a little goes a long way) I used several times. It would be great if they had two packs of bleach to add up to the amount of times I can use the developer but I loved it overall.
