trying to abide by "social distancing" I ordered this product online. This is the color and manufacturer I have used for several years. Received in good time, applied product as instructed. To my horror when was drying my newly colored, shampooed and conditioned hair to see that the color was not my usual Medium Ash Blond (as listed on the box) but a very, very dark, dark RED. I could not believe it and looked at box again, yes, correct color but WOW, not my color at all. This item is NOT RETURNABLE so I am stuck with 2 boxes of color that I am afraid to use. Have had to spend 40.00 to try to correct this matter. Not sure if this is someones idea of a funny joke to switch boxes or what. I am beyond upset.     • best color. ordered a different shade, and it was not the color advertised. this is it.
went thru a few color choices with these. ended up with 8A, as it's a good color for me. the color before this was advertised as a blondish color, but was very dark. daughter in law used that shade and found the same problem. this shade is what I've been using for the last few yrs. covers well. lasts about 5 wks. could use a little more in the container for the price. ... show more
