    • Small amount but decent bleach

I have shoulder length dense hair but there was maybe 3/4 cup product after mixing, enough for maybe a dozen baby lights in the front. It did lighten well and was easy to use but get 2 or 3 boxes if you have any amount of hair.

The box arrived crushed and the conditioner was open and leaking. .The other contents don’t seem compromised in any way so I will keep it because I am on a deadline. This is not an acceptable way to leave a product.

    • Doesn't cover gray very well at all

I was dissapointed in the product because it did not cover the gray at my temples very well at all. Other brands have used did a much better job. I wasted my time using it and will go back to a product I've used before. I expected something really good from Clairol!

I've used this off & on for years. Easy to use, just brush it on the top layers of your hair. I have darker blonde color-treated hair and this lightens it up for spring & summer. Not brassy but you have to check it while coloring, otherwise you may end up with slightly yellowish strands.

Wasn't too brassy. Nice glossy finish. But it is very difficult to control the width and separation into discrete sections. Would have been easier if I'd had a second person helping me. As it was, I couldn't see exactly what I was doing and tried to guess and ended up with more all-over color than I had intended. Still, not bad.
