    • Takes some getting used to
These don't cook like my stainless pots by a company that rhymes with wheezensmart. It's definitely a learning curve. I've burnt so much food trying to figure it out. I have a glass top stove, not induction. I've followed the directions, only using low and medium heat, but burnt my meatballs trying to get them cooked in the middle. Stuff sticks to these pans, even using oil. Don't use cooking spray! It has emulsifiers which will ruin your pans. I'm not really happy with these, but feel it's my fault for not knowing how to cook with them. I love the heavy feel of all the pots and pans. They do take some scrubbing if things burn into the raised metal parts. Don't buy unless you know how to use them, is my advice. ... show more

    • Avoid - and who packs a metallic utensil with non-stick???
Not worth the cost of shipping. I am still shocked they packaged a metallic utensil with non-stick cookware. AND it had burrs on the end of it. The raised circular pattern is another design flaw. Just not worth any amount of money.
