I’ve tried the old chirp wheels and they’re still great, but now I prefer the knobby wheels. Had the knobby wheels been an option back when I first got the chirp wheel, I’d just get those instead. They work a lot better for me. I bought all 3 since they work in different ways. If I had to pick one I’d pick the smallest one. That one gets my upper shoulders and neck just right. The larger wheels seem to be better for lower and mid back. The larger wheels look rough but they really aren’t uncomfortable to use the foam is just rigid enough to push a little deeper into your muscles. The smallest one is the most rigid on the bumps. It is uncomfortable to use lower and mid back since it’s more aggressive and there’s more of your body weight on a smaller point, but it’s perfect for my upper back and neck as I previously mentioned. They’re a little pricy considering it’s just plastic and foam, but I can’t argue with the results and that it’s cheaper and more effective than the chiropractor for me. These things really help

I had lower and upper back pain that projected to my neck from tons of cardio I do. This product literally stret he'd me out so well,after 30 minutes on it I had no lower back pain. All my back pains were gone I literally jumped off of it because it's do much fun. Gives you awesome deep muscle message after weights which actually circulates your muscle more, helping with the tearing and rebuilding. I'm beyond greatful for the cracks, the IMMEDIATE improvement of posture I literally thought I was aging but I'm pretty sure there's such thing as s healthy back because literally after ONE 30 minute use I was younger and for sure stronger, enerigized i was about yo run after a work out. Feel amaziiiiiing on the sores after a work out. This product shouldbe a right of passage! Last thing, I had done 2 hours of cardio leg weights so my ankles were hurting on the way to pick them up. Idk what this did but after rolling my back and legs my ankles pain was totally absent. I'm 33, I was able to run the next day. Easily the best thing I ever bought! Thank you!

I love this thing. It is painful to use (especially when you first start) but it has been made a world of difference. Keep with it, you’ll feel fantastic after. I had deep knots for years and this thing really digs into them and loosens them up. The only negative thing I have to say (and why I gave it 4 stars) I think it would be better if it was about 1/2 wider on each side. I would still highly recommend and would purchase again from this company.

This foot roller is awesome. It feels amazing after a long day on my feet. We have a traditional wooden foot roller and there is no comparison. This doesn't slip on the carpet like our other one and the texture really massages. I would strongly recommend this for anyone who works on their feet or who struggles with chronic foot pain.

Wanted to try this product as I use my regular foam roller for neck relief. Unfortunately I didn’t like the size of the roller. Too small to were it was difficult to position my neck comfortably. Plus I couldn’t get the bumps positioned well either. Prefer my regular roller.

I was involved in a head on collision a couple of years ago. Both vehicles were totaled. I’ve had stiffness in my neck since then. I purchased this roller in an attempt to loosen it up. I place it behind my neck when I sit and watch some TV. I can hit the tight spot easier that way. My neck is not as sore as it has been. It has given me some relief.
