    • Works far better than expected!!
Nice small electric grill. Sits in a large black plastic frame and there is a shallow aluminum pan that is filled with water in the bottom. Was a bit concerned over the heat burning the counter (previous bad hibachi incident) but I don't think that's an issue. However if you want to put it on a large cutting board that would work too. One caution is that once it is hot and set up, do not attempt to move it. Because of the way the water tray sits, it would take great care to move this when in use and I wouldnt even try. So set it somewhere and leave it. Other than that I think it's really perfect for one or two people. Heats up well and evenly. Grilled two steaks one night and 4 pieces of chicken the next. All came out really nice and with not much mess. Easy to clean grill piece (a copper coating or scanpan) and other parts easily cleaned as well. Overall didn't spatter or make a big mess on counter either, although I did use a small piece of foil as a cover/shield if it was really sizzling. Minimal to zero smoke that I noticed for steak with just some dry seasoning but if doing something very hot with a lot of fat or sauce, it might be different. 😎 ... show more

    • Super easy to clean, heats up fast
This product is well designed because of its simplicity. It’s only 4 pieces and it’s so easy to clean. It heats up super fast in 2 minutes because the heating element is actually built into the grill instead of a separate unit underneath it, which is a brilliant design choice. My old grill with separate heating element took 8 minutes. The pyramid design of the grill and the copper coating makes it so easy to clean. I cooked some greasy, messy burgers on it and I didn’t need to use any cleaners, I just wiped it clean with the scrubber side of a sponge. It’s not completely smoke-free (it does leave some smell in my kitchen) but it’s not a big deal to me. I’m really happy with this purchase. ... show more

    • Nice grill but needs a lid
This grill cooked well. But, at least with chicken legs/thighs, cooking time was long to reach internal temperature of 165. Seemed a bit like forever. I started with the temp at between medium and high. After 30 minutes, I cranked it up to "high". I think the issue is not having a lid/cover to help keep the heat in. Still, the meat cooked at somewhat the same rate from one side/end to the other. ... show more

    • Cooks Like a High End BBQ Indoors
Only smoked when I had on highest heat! I cooked several two inch NY strip steaks and they cooked evenly on 350 with no smoke issues and had the total perfect stripes that you would get from a high end outdoor bbq! The flavor was outstanding! I highly recommend Just remember highest heat is too hot and will smoke! Very easy to clean after use! ... show more

    • Nice grill for indoor grilling
This grill is very nice for grilling seafood and meats. Drain all runoff juices and wipe surface and empty and wash drip pan. And you're all set for the next grilling.

    • Not smokeless
It is a good little grill but it if defiantly not smokeless. It does good on steaks but Hamburgers you better not cook over medium heat and have close to range hood vent. It does make great grill marks.
