According to Amazon, this product was "like new" and only the box was damaged. Not true. Unfortunately, I assumed the best and waited too long to open it up to return it - two of the pots are misshapen and the lids don't fit, and one of the handles doesn't fit. It's too bad because otherwise, it's a great set of pans and pans. Beware of "like new" product descriptions!!! I really like this pots and pans set overall — it looks great, cooks evenly, and feels high-quality for the price. The nonstick surface works beautifully, and cleanup is super easy. However, I had to take off one star because one of the pots arrived slightly dented. It’s still functional, but it was disappointing to see some damage right out of the box. Was going to rate at 4 stars for some minor reasons until I cooked with them and decided its a 5 star set. First, when they arrived, although packaged nicely it was clear they were not shipped in the original box they came in to save on shipping cost. Thats fine but a couple of the pans were not round which makes the lids hard to get on. They are still functional but its annoying. Also one pan has a couple spots in the coating that I thought would make food stick but it doesn't so its just a looks flaw. The color is pretty. The weight and thickness is ideal, they're light and stack very well. The handles do not get hot and are very comfortable and have good grip and design. The glass lids are easy to see through to keep an eye on food. They cook like a dream, the nonstick is so slick. Nothing has stuck to the bottom, I do use oil. Have cooked some of the best meat I've ever made in these, its gotta be the pans, they are amazing for frying chicken in. My old pans were getting pretty beat up and after searching for a new set to replace all my old ones and offer the variety in size and shapes for a decent price this set has everything I was hoping to find.
