This grill is incredible. You should not hesitate on buying it. It works great grilled steaks hamburgers without a problem. It does take a little bit more to put it together and if you don't use the right hardware in certain spots, you're gonna run out they don't send you any extras. I had to run out to the hardware store and pick up some extra hardware because I must've put them in the wrong place, but I did get the right hardware and it is very secure and it looks good. Easy to clean up. I had a Weber before electric grill And it was really good but they've put making that size grill and I'm glad I chose this grill it's very well put together and it does come with several options. FANTASTIC!!! Love it!! Easy to assemble. Missing a few screws but we took care of it ourselves. Tested both the outlet and the breaker for overheating and no issues whatsoever. Using at our beach house that we also short term rent. Have one at our lake house and it’s been used every weekend for about 9 months. Still going strong. Most Painful Assembly Of Anything I Have Ever Done. Looks Nice, and is somewhat sturdy, four screw for the side tables would not screw in no mater what, but they are still able to be latched on. Not worth 350$, but if it’s on sale I think it’s a steal.

I cannot rave enough about this grill! It is not difficult to assemble. The electric to charcoal connection is brilliant! You start your charcoal with the electric burners and then turn them off to let the charcoal do its magic. We have used it once on the charcoal mode, and it was easy to use and turned out so delicious. You will need to buy a cover, so be sure to choose the one that is made for this unit. Use exactly 2 pounds of charcoal with the lid closed for 10 minutes, then turn it off. That tip took some searching for. Enjoy!! ... show more

I have been grilling for over 50 years. This grill sucks. I takes forever to preheat. The charcoal function is ridiculous. There is no airflow control to slow the charcoal heat. Used it twice and in the dumpster it went.

March 2026 I received my Bistro patio grill today, and had my adult daughter put it together just because she wanted to. It took her about 45 minutes or so with no real complications. All the holes lined up properly, all the parts were there. There was one instance that the screws weren't marked properly but we figured it out with no effort. I burned off the factory film if there was any. I let it cook for about 2 hours and it reached good temperatures. My infrared temperature gauge maxed out on most of it, it just said "Hi". Other parts was showing about 740 degrees. I haven't cooked anything yet but I'm pretty confident with those type of temperatures I'm not going to have any issues. One thing I did notice, when I used the temperature probe when I had the griddle on there, it only seemed like the griddle temp was about 400 Degrees after 2 hours, but directly under the griddle, is when I registered the highest temperatures. So far so good. I'm happy! About the grill, it's super nice looking, at least for now, and what I like about it is it has quite a good size hole at the bottom for Grease to drain out. The drip pan is a little cumbersome to put in place but it holds their fine. I'm going to hold off on cooking anything until I order some aluminum drip inserts so I don't grease up the metal grease tray. I personally decided for the sake of $33, to get the extended warranty that Amazon offered. So in other words, this Grill offers a one-year warranty and then plus 3 years on top of that. With the heating element that could possibly start wearing out I'm guessing in a few years, it seemed like a no-brainer to get the extended warranty. I plugged the thing into a standard GFCI outdoor outlet. The box says you can use a standard outlet which I would not do. My 20 amp GFCI held up just fine until my daughter plugged in her 1500 watt hair dryer into the same circuit downstairs, which it immediately tripped the breaker. But after I reset that and told her to use a different Outlet, that thing ran for a couple hours with no trouble as far as the breaker is concerned. But that might be a concern if your outdoor outlet has something else in the circuitry like a freezer in the garage or something like that, down stream. It will most likely trip a 20 amp breaker if anything that draws quite a bit of current is also on that circuitry. It's pretty easy to move around, even while hot. I will update this if I need to after about a month, but I'm guessing I won't need to the way things are working right now. Trust me, I will be happy to update if this thing starts failing on me after some use right away. ... show more
