Product was easy to assemble--instructions said to have two people, but can easily done by one. Very good quality parts and components, including cast iron grill grate and sturdy steel supports. The wheels are molded plastic, but function fine for moving the grill. Includes instructions for seasoning the grill grates, which I recommend. Maintains temperature well, easily controlled by two vents. And the thermometer at the top of the grill is very accurate, compared to my trusty old Taylor oven thermometer. Only downside is that it doesn't fold for storage, but the quality of similar units (say, at the big box stores) is MUCH less than this unit, and this one costs less. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a smaller sized grill at a great price. ... show more

This grill was exactly what I was looking for however it really requires two people to assemble it. It was very difficult for me to assemble it by myself and it took me over two hours to do it. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for but this grill far exceeds my expectations. I could of used a butter knife to assemble it if that gives you an idea how easy this is to put together. As for cooking space, my chimney fits enough coal to cover the left side of my grill which I prefer. Yesterday on the left side only, I fit four burgers and 6 brats.
